This will be the very last time I come to the Forney Mods pizza. Sick and tired of the HORRIBLE service here. Unfriendly/rude and when a customer ask for something and is willing to pay for it…. GIVE IT TO THEM!!! There are other places to eat and there is a Mods in Terrell… if they are rude there… this just isn’t the place for me and my family!!!

They were extremely rude when we walked in @8:45pm when they close @10pm. He was putting up all the chairs and when i asked if we could sit anywhere he said “i guess i can leave some chairs for yall” Then when we get to pay we asked for a drink and paid for a drink and they gave us a baby water cup and charged us $3 and then she was rude when we asked for the 16oz we paid for… Definitely won’t be coming back to this one.

They had made a small mistake on my order and completely fixed it. The night staff here are amazing and I really appreciated how sweet they were! Thank you so much for all you do! I will definitely be trying the food out again!!

Never will return to Forney location ordered at 12:26 pm got there at 1:00 to pick up. Walked in no greeting,looked for my order, no order. Gave guy my name he looked and said I can't find it. Argued that it was made Guessing a light bulb went off he finally ask do you still want it. Like seriously...pizza maker remakes pizza but upon receiving pizza I see it has no cheese no sauce it's very dry upon letting them know he has smirk on his face. I asked for a refund but I kind of feel like he lied about that too have yet to receive it

Second time online order and pizza was not ready. Placed order at 4:31pm, arrived at MOD’s at 4:55, still not ready.Not only that, but pizza was not even made until I kept asking for my pizza at 5:10pm.Two employees were working, third shows up at 5.It was confirmed by employees that there is no way of telling time, etc. of orders ? No courtesy item offer for the inconvenience either.So, please: MANAGEMENT/OWNER: create an order system. Thank you , have a great day !

11/5 By far the worst service! I ordered TO GO with a ready time of 12:31. I arrived at 12:30 and haven’t started my order yet. Had to wait another 20 min and both employees seem as if they didn’t want to work at all. Taking their sweet time to do anything and it was dead when I walked in! People were walking in and turning around and walking back out! Employees didn’t even greet or acknowledge the customer. Didn’t even say at least I will be with you shortly or something to that nature. The line was becoming longer and employees didn’t even move with urgency at all! Not a CARE IN THE WORLD!

They forgot to make pizzas for an order so I had to wait another 15. it’s going to take a good solid shut down of the store to be able to make decent pizza in a clean environment.They need to train better and have better communication overall. -0/10 would not recommend.As someone who quit this job for this specific reason.

If you can avoid going to this location DO IT!!..The manager is super rude to the crew members and to the customer. Whoever made this guy the manager.. I got questions .. he honestly has some issues to work on.. Pizza was burnt.. I am not stepping there again.
