I understand the wait is much longer on a Saturday morning but even when you check in online the time is not accurate. We checked in 20 minutes prior to arriving but as soon as we got there they said we had to wait another 25 minutes we waited for about 30 or so minutes because they wouldn’t dismiss a big party that had already paid and had ‘to go’ boxes on their table.Only one restroom, food was 2/10, our waitress was moody. One meal was late, we had to wait for one meal that must have been forgotten. To top it all off, the waitress followed us as we were leaving and told my friend her card had bounced, mind you, she swiped each our cards before we even left! And we stayed an extra bit to use restroom. Turned out she had the wrong ticket for her and her card never bounced. My friend was embarrassed. Not going back. Do your research before going. Not a relaxing place to eat, so loud, small and crowded.

I've only been twice, and both times were great! Food was served very fast & it was delicious! Last but not least, both times I got the same server, Sam! She is so warm & welcoming. I'll go so far as to say she's the best I've ever encountered at any restaurant & she remembered me from my first visit!

My family was in town from New Jersey and we visited Nina's on Tuesday, April 2nd. We were greeted by Nina herself at the door, very sweet lady. The atmosphere was a vibe. The food came out fast and hot, everything was delicious. Our server Star was very efficient and attentive to our 10 person party. I definitely will be visiting again next time I'm in the Dallas area thank you. 10 out of 10.
