This is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life and I know I work in customer service for 15 years. I put in my order at 10:10. I get a text saying it's ready at 10:42. I show up around 10:55. Y'all close at 11:00. The place is already locked up. I say I have an order to pick up. They tell me they ain't got no more food, I say I have an online order. I have been going to Palio’s for a while I have Celiac disease and have never had a problem until today. They have always cooked the gluten free crust on separate pans. This time the cook told us he didn’t do that but will cut it with another cutter. That doesn’t work for celiacs. We requested our money back and they shorted us $10.00!! He was not apologetic or nice about it. We will NEVER go back

They have a Buy One Get One deal on any pizza which is advertised on the left wall. Unfortunately, I did not see it until after I paid my large pizza and when I mentioned it to the cashier she said that she should have said something about the deal but forgot about it and since she had already charged me it was too late and there was nothing she could do.
