Palio's Pizza Cafe, Forney

This is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life and I know I work in customer service for 15 years. I put in my order at 10:10. I get a text saying it's ready at 10:42. I show up around 10:55. Y'all close at 11:00. The place is already locked up. I say I have an order to pick up. They tell me they ain't got no more food, I say I have an online order. The employee says no we ain't got nothing so then I showed them online order and then they told me they threw it away. I believe they never made it since they was already closing up before 11:00. Then the next day I just called back because the charge was still pending. No apologies. No. I'm sorry just it'll be back in your account 3 to 5 days with attitude again. Worse customer service ever

I have been going to Palio’s for a while I have Celiac disease and have never had a problem until today. They have always cooked the gluten free crust on separate pans. This time the cook told us he didn’t do that but will cut it with another cutter. That doesn’t work for celiacs. We requested our money back and they shorted us $10.00!! He was not apologetic or nice about it. We will NEVER go back

I have a cheese allergy so I ordered my pizza with vegan cheese and paid extra for it. It was made with regular cheese. I can’t eat it and I have to wait until I get off to go up there and get what I ordered since it was delivered to me. You guys should pay closer attention to that because that’s a health risk. I had to have my husband taste it for me to confirm if it was real cheese or not. Google Palio’s vegan cheese pizzas that pizza definitely had regular cheese on it. And I’m even more upset because I’m trying to call to get this corrected so when I get up there I can grab the correct pizza and give back the wrong one, they answered my first call, hung up in my face and hasn’t answered anymore. I’ve called a total of 18 times in a row now. And I have the nerve to be pregnant and ain’t ate nothing all day so I was ready boy when I opened that box and saw I couldn’t eat I was HOT. Trying to take me out with real cheese.

GM Andrew said I can come back tomorrow and get the pizzas I paid for when he gets the vegan cheese so he is making it right. I will keep you all posted on the resolution.

The whole experience of our visit was awful! Only one cook…our food came out in three 10 minute intervals; no silverware, napkins, or toilet paper was stocked. We were the only customers at 12:30pm on a Saturday. The owner left to go to lunch and let us know he was leaving. Clearly he needed to stay and help.

This time me and a friend went there the service wasn't great, the guy acted like he was mad we were there, but he can get over that, we were there for food not for him, the food was still good, some of the areas were under construction, but still a cool place

I had chicken parm. The chicken was horrible. Tasted like a frozen piece barely warmed. The noodles tasted like they were cooked in dirty dish water.. I ate two bites and left.

The food was good, but I'm not sure how the health department is allowing them to stay open during their remodel. There was plastic hanging from the ceiling, the new countertop was covered in what looked like sheetrock dust, and there was a large hole in the foundation with exposed pipes.

Pure trash. I ordered lunch for delivery and they sent me the wrong order. Called the store to rectify the situation the manager told me I needed to pick up like excuse me. The customer service is horrible they did not attempt to make it right. When asking to speak to owner he stated that I could not. It’s too much going on for people to be playing with people food. I’ll never go here again

Ordered Meatball sub and the Baked Ziti for my wife. Sub was good but the Ziti didn't taste right taste was sour. Called and talked with the manager to see if they could make it over but he told me it was the same sauce that was on my sub. Was willing to drive back from Terrell to get another order but The manager just kind of blew me off. We eat here quite a bit but not anymore. Manager could have cared less and as most Management should do is take care of your customers. I was told the noodles were made yesterday 😳 Really yesterday!! $30.79 for something we couldn't eat.

I didn't get what I ordered. The cook out jalapenos all over my half of the pizza. I can't eat anything spicy. Not only did they refuse to remake the pizza, they refused to give me a refund or a store credit. They were very rude, dry, uninviting when answering the phone and throughout the entire conversation. This just happened 10 minutes ago, so whoever the guy was answering the phone was, he wouldn't give me his name and wouldn't give me the cooks name either. The manager wasn't in. I'm permanently disabled and have many issues. I let them know this, and they still had zero empathy and although they were in the wrong and I had to pay a lot of money for something I didn't order and could not eat, even taking jalapenos off, the juice still seeps into the pizza and ruins it. On Uber Eats there's proof of my order. On my pizza, there's proof the cook messed it up. I can't believe a business treats customers this way. I'm literally in shock.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA PLACE TO ANYONE WHO LIKES THEIR PIZZA EXACTLY LIKE THEY LIKE THEIR PIZZA. IF YOU REALLY DON'T CARE WHAT'S ON YOUR PIZZA & YOU LIKE TO BE SURPRISED, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE.

Order cade And Blake along with the king. Food came out fast. Wasn’t a fan of the Greek salad. Pizza crust was airy, buttery, crispy. Loads of toppings. They didn’t skip out! I would have personally preferred a little more sauce on the cade and blake and will ask for more next time. Overall good and I will come back.

We had out of town guests, they wanted pizza . We have never eaten here before but wanted some place new. We loved it! Very good pizza!

My husband and I were finally able to try this place out. I loved the atmosphere and decor. The menu was easy to understand and pricing was reasonable. We will definitely go back again.
