I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. The salad I got was made with old, brown and red romaine. I took it back to the counter and the less-than-helpful girl said she would remake it. When I got the "re-made" salad it was made with iceberg lettuce. I waited in the front line to speak to the manager who took 15 minutes trying to get a woman's order correct. I told him what happened and he gave me a refund without saying one word to me. I would call the service bad and the food terrible. Don't eat here!

We have gone to Panera Bread for many years, in particular for their cinnamon crunch bagels. Every time we would go see our grandkids, we would drop by and get a bakers dozen to take to them. A couple of weeks ago we purchased some for just us and discovered that they have changed the way those bagels were made. Now they are smaller, have less cinnamon crunch on them, and now they are a very inferior product. I believe that now they are shipped in already cooked and just warmed up. We have gone to Panera Bread for the last time. We just hate this has happened.

Okay panera. It's not hard to make a sandwich especially if there's only 4 things that go into making it. Husband and I ordered their breakfast. Steak & Wake sandwhich and a Croissant egg and cheese, bacon sandwich. He got extra chicken. It was forgotten. Mine wasn't even a croissant and it was missing cheese with 3 of the tiniest pieces of bacon on it, and it cost 22 dollars for this!

This was a second chance trip. They sent me coupons for a free pick 2 & drink. The site isn't the easiest to get around in with a chair, but I managed.
Wheelchair accessibility: Via the front door, directly from the handicapped spots.

Never saw a person at the counter the entire time I was there. This was my first time ever eating Panera. I placed my order at the screens. And waited about twenty minutes for my food. Finally as I'm walking to the bathroom I hear someone screaming my name. The window to pick up orders was on the complete opposite end and we never heard anyone. Food was not worth the price.

Myself and my whole family got terrible food poisoning from family meal here a couple weeks ago. All of us were immediately sick. I immediately contacted customer service and no one has called or reached out to offer refunds or apologies. We got this family meal at least 4 ti.es a month until this happened. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. What terrible customer service to not at least call back.

Manager Jordan terrible customer service/Phone service. Called in because anytime I order delivery they tend to keep forgetting to add the cucumbers to Greek salad and butter for the baguette. Tone is everything . I get it we get busy but when you are on the phone you have to take a moment and pause and focus on the call. I did politely let her know her tone is off bc working under that environment affects your workers and quality of the food.
