I have been a regular customer at this location for several years, but the service has noticeably declined. Mornings are particularly slowwwwww, with younger staff members working at an unreasonably sluggish pace. It often takes far too long to prepare simple orders, keep basic items like almond milk and half & half stocked, or move the line along efficiently. Even when addressed politely, they rarely improve their pace. I’m genuinely concerned that if this continues, the location’s reputation and business could suffer. I am giving this location a 2 simply because of their customer service and the poor staff performance.

Just left this location. I thought it was my lucky day because there was no line and I assumed things would go quickly/smoothly. Started off with the person taking my order- I could barely hear her and had to keep asking her to repeat what she was saying. Place my order and drive up. It took about 13 mins to bring my pick 2 to the window. I look in the bag to make sure I had a sandwich and a soup. Get home and I have the wrong sandwich and wrong soup, plus no free bday pastry that she asked if I wanted. I’m not going back up there now because it took my whole lunch hour. Fortunately, I can eat what I received. It’s just not what I wanted or what I paid for. So disappointed.

the store should just remove the strawbery banana smoothie from their menu everytime i i try to order this they are always out of stock on the purè i asked when will they have it they literally said idk we havent had it for a while that alone should say something about their operation management will not be returning back to this location

9/7/2025 around 7:10 pm I ordered 5 separate order for me and my family after a few minutes receive message the order is ready I went to grab the food. It wasn’t ready yet just two plates after a few minutes later, the food is ready I went back Tell them there is missing. I showed them the receipt. They don’t even read the receipt. There’s a drink missing chips missing she try to give me one by one after she read the receipt. She gave me one chips with bad attitude she threw it in the counter and she left, supposed to be 4 I told her to call the manager. The manager has bad attitude too she told me oh all the work here is children so if they are children they supposed to throw the chips in my face that’s what I told her , i told her she have to train them how they treat the customer good she say I trained them good and she don’t even say something tell her we’re gonna write a review she say OK good luck bye-bye I think she don’t deserve to be a manager for that restaurant I’ve been eating there since they open ,She left to her office without apologies very bad manager I wish can give zero star
Today I make order there and one of workers threw the chips in my husband face because the order was missing allot and we said we want manger what do you think manger said she said they are children if they are children why they are working and not respect the customer

Stayed in the drive through for more than 15min without them taking my order! Horrible service

The short version. This location has a drive thru problem that has happened more than once now. They are at times very slow. On Aug 19 about 3 service was unreal if anyone is interested. You have 3 drive thru spots so it is very disappointing that a single car would sit at the drive thru window for over 10 minutes. This happened after telling me to pull up to get my drink order. Over 10 minutes, I backed out of thru drive. There is zero good excuses for this. My conclusion is laziness. The drink was delicious but that's all they did well.
The sandwich was thou together the broccoli soup was water down they need to slow down fix the food with love did not enjoy my food at all
Ice machine broke, out of half n half, service takes forever, was not able to swing in and out, spent 20 minutes trying to make a coffee 😑

New at Panera Bread and not aware of kiosks. Soft spoken girl said we could order at counter or there? I walked over to pickup window thinking t h at was what she meant which added to confusion. Once we realized there were kiosks everything went smoothly.

Tried to order breakfast but very unenthusiastic employee said they could not serve breakfast, she needed to change menu signs. Then we had to ask her for cups which she gave us but neglected to tell us ice machine did not work, which was right in front of her. She did not tell me how to get ice until I asked her. I realize she might be going thru a difficult time personally but being a little helpful wouldn’t take a whole lot! Food was ready but they didn’t let us know so we waited longer than we should have! Food was good though!

I use to love Panera Bread. This place is the worst Panera, consistently. If it’s not a problem with order, it’s not being able to get a water cup. Why don’t we get OFFERED a choice between bread, apple, chips….the default of bread is cheap. It’s poor training or poor management. Anyway, it will do in a pinch but it’s not a great Paneras at all.
