CALLED REGIONAL...My drive through was order wrong, but I take some blame I should have checked my bag. I called back and was told I would get a $15 voucher mailed. That was 2/10 it can yesterday and it was 2 free beverages. I didn't order just beverages. I ordered a bagel and tea for $6.81 I should have went to Chik Fil A for more. Insult to injury is when I called and was told in order to get my refund, I had to come today. When I told the woman I just got home from work. It happened over 2 weeks ago and you just now sent these sorry vouchers. She had the audacity to say I can't speak to her like that. I never use swear words. I told her I was calling regional and did. I got a $10 credit and requested someone coach that grown woman on conduct. So...ALWAYS CALL REGIONAL ON THEM. IT GOES INTO THEIR RECORD. I'm sure with enough people calling something will give. After all enough pressure will break a pipe. Peace and blessing.

Manager was testy because I commented on how long it took to place my order through the drive thru, and then said “I’m sorry you’re having a bad night”. I wasn’t having a bad night until I decided to stick it out the wait to order my food. When I asked if there was “compensation for my time” you would have thought I was asking for my dinner to be comped. I was thinking a cookie would have gone a long way to show appreciation for having to wait so long to place a simple order and get my food. The real rub was when I pulled up to the window, I was ignored until it came time to pay for my food. Never again - should have checked the bag before getting home - the “gesture cookie” was broken- and most probably unsellable. Should have known. You get what you pay for….

I'm pretty much done ever going to this panera. This is the second time within a week they've completely screwed up my order. First time I ordered grilled cheese and tomato soup and they only put the soup in the bag and forgot to give me the grilled cheese. Second time I ordered the same thing again, get home to realize they gave me some tuna sandwich instead of the grilled cheese I was supposed to get. I call and all they can tell me is that they can give me some voucher. It shouldn't be that hard to put the correct food in a bag right?

This Place is trash, and it's such a shame in an up, and coming area. It's always we're out of this or that sorry I can't provide the service I advertise. It's quite a shame. especially compared to the rest of the establishments.

Love my food always. Could do a better job of ensuring everything is included in the order. I.E especially utensils or the extras things like brownies. A couple of times these items have been missing from my order. Not a huge deal but inconvenience (especially if paid for) Love everything else about them! This Forney location during the week (lunch rush) is amazing. On the weekend (Sunday lunch), they lag. I ordered the same thing during my visits, so it's really down to who is working. I'm not sure why the weekends service should be any different. Suggest Green Goddess and a Turkey Bravo!
