Worse pizza in Forney.
They don't know how to spread topping on pizza or how to make pizza
Barely put any cheese and toppings.
I dont know how come they still in Business with 3.2 stars reviews.

Ordered beef and pepperoni pizza for my family. We are healthy eaters. We all woke up with extreme diarrhea the next morning. The pizza tasted not so good but we kept eating because we were hungry.

Will be contacting the health department and papa John’s pizza corporate office to do a welfare check at this location.

If I could give zero stars I would the staff hung up on me after making my order wrong. Unfortunately this was after I had issues ordering online. They said I’d have a replacement in 10 mins 35 mins later nothing. This is unacceptable! They couldn’t give me a phone number to talk to anyone!!!!

I liked the Pizza variety here. The interior of the building has a nice warm feeling to it. I also enjoyed how saucy the pizzas were.

Don’t order from this location! Our order was incomplete, 1/3 of the toppings were off the pizza and in the corner of the box not to mention that the crust made up another 1/3 of the pizza. Never ordering from papa John’s again and this franchise location is giving papa John’s a bad reputation.

worst of all time . this place needs to be shut down

Stopped in for pick up. And the employees were making dough by hand without gloves, I witnessed one female employee stop kneading the dough to pick up her phone and text someone for a few minutes and then put it down and put her hands back in the dough.

Pizza order was for an original crust with mushrooms and the pizza I received was on thin crust. Was a bit frustrating b/c I do not like thin crust pizza. Pls adhere to the orders...

No communication, waited almost two hours for the order and had to get on the tracker to just realized it was cancelled. Called and the person who answered didn't even apologize about the cancellation and blamed doordash for the cancellation. Unacceptable

Horrible. Just unbelievable. I wanted to give it a chance since this is the closest one to where I moved to and despite the reviews I read, I was thinking this will be a smooth order. We'll after I place my order and started driving to this Papa John's location, 30 minutes into my drive I get a call from corporate with a voicemail saying my order was canceled. I called and all she said was that the store told them they have an outage of something and that's all she can say. Then proceeded with I'm sorry and go find another location. I just don't get it how can they be out of either pepperoni, beef, mushroom and jalapeño. Like they couldn't just substitute an ingredient instead of canceling the order? Not even an option to order something else, just say go find another Papa John's. I'm just shocked because I pretty much was close to there and when I drove by I see them through the window making pizza.

I’m not usually someone who leaves review, but this experience was by far the worst I’ve had at Papa John’s at the Forney location

I’ve been a full-time DoorDash driver for a while, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Papa John’s at the Forney location . I waited for almost 45 minutes for my order, during which time I saw other DoorDashers come in, get their orders, and leave well before I did. Not only was I delayed, but I also lost out on a promotion that could have helped me recover lost earnings. The level of service here was completely unacceptable. It was frustrating, unprofessional, and has made me seriously reconsider accepting orders from this location in the future
