This is horrible this pizza is soggy and wet and not with pizza sauce. I loved papa John's in Oklahoma before I move here this is nasty 40.00 naw ya'll need to reimburse me my money I have a whole pizza in there you can have back. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I came to make a complaint and saw all the 1-2 star. Management you have not tried to fix this. First get another pizza sauce this mess is like water. SHAME

I Ordered a pizza they charger me twice for no reason. Now I have to wait 1 or 2 days to get my refund money back. Don’t order online from their website. They’ll most likely charger you twice..

This place is absolute trash. Order is always wrong. They finally got an order right and there was so much cheese on the pizza and breadsticks that everything slid off. Don’t waste your money at this location.

Ordered three pizzas, nothing fancy. The cheese or the sauce tasted weird. There was an excessive amount of cheese on the pizza too. We normally get pizza from other places and wanted to try papa Jon’s. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Absolutely horrible! Most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. I NEVER leave reviews but trying to eat this actually made me gag. We waited for the pizza to be delivered for an hour and 20 minutes when it originally estimated 40. That’s not even the bad part. Not only was the pizza obviously cold, but it was completely wrong. The pizza on the label (which we ordered) didn’t match what was inside. Ordered light sauce, it had EXTRA sauce. Ordered extra cheese, guess what? No extra cheese. Ordered bacon, nope NO BACON. But you know what it did have? SAUSAGE! Which I hate and DID NOT ORDER. Oh and it gets worse!! The pizza crust at the bottom was thinner than a tortilla and burnt. The stuffed crust on the edge was either so uncooked or soggy that I couldn’t tell if it was raw dough or cheese. Everything about it was just gross. Worst $40 we have spent on a pizza.

Placed pickup order around 5:40. Ordered two pizza and bbq boneless wings. Pizzas were 1/2 and 1/2 - they were cut terribly and definitely not 1/2 and 1/2- toppings were just thrown on. Flavor of the pizzas were good. Received wrong sauces which we paid extra for. Sauce on the wings were just on the top, very little bbq sauce, even when we shook it, none of the wings had enough sauce. The ranch dipping sauce was piping hot, like it just came out of oven, I don’t want my ranch hot, it should be in the frig until I pickup my order. Wings were cooked well but lacked sauce. Overall the pizza had good flavor but the employees need to slow down and make quality product. Our food was ready when promised. Guy at counter was very friendly as well.
If I could give zero I would. Tried ordering 2 days ago they said it came up as pick up when it was not they were quick to say we will refund you even though you didn’t answer the phone then the same again tonight. Don’t waist your time used to be my favorite pizza joint until I moved here.

loveeee great service amazing pizza !! prices are a little high but its always worth !! love the food and the employees althey are all so loving from the way they greet u at the door to the way they talk on the phone its all very loving

My order took almost an hour to get but they were busy and I understand how busy it can get well when I finally got my order they didn’t include the extras I had paid for and the driver had to go back and get them no it’s up in the air if he actually does or not cause he didn’t speak any English but his translator app was excellent and he said the papa John’s people swore the stuff was in the boxes and well they definitely were not, I tried calling to make sure they gave him the sauces and well they never answered after keeping me on hold for 10 min…this place has gone down hill fast….(update) the delivery driver did go back and make sure to get the sauces from them and was very apologetic but it wasn’t his fault. I place blame solely on the store who swore to him they were in my food boxes which he’s not allowed to open and check and the store still never answered my call

Absolutely worst experience ever with a business. Papa should be extremely upset with this franchisee. If I were you, I would never order pizza from this establishment. If you order a delivery, it will be delivered by DoorDash late as hell. The delivery guy felt so bad he didn’t even accept a tip. Absolutely terrible terrible terrible! STAY AWAY!!
