We stopped in for the lunch buffet. It was not great. Very disappointing!! Everything was just average or below. The pizza wasn't hot and was not replenished until we were leaving. The salad had brown leaves in it. It's not what I grew up with and always looked forward to. The servers don't care, it was obvious. Don't waste your money at this location! Things are too expensive these days.

I’m beyond over it. I’m done! I gave them a second chance from the last mess up. Their drivers ALWAYS forget my Parmesan and marinara. They rushed my pizza. I did a pick up so all that was required was to PROPERLY cook it!!!

I placed an online order, received the confirmation and went to pick up my order at the time given through the confirmation. And somehow for the second time my order was not in the system. It’s always something for me at this location. Get my confirmation Everytime, make it to the location where I magically have no order. The one star is for the apologetic, respectful young man in the window. The manager was no help even knowing that I placed the order because the young man told her. She never tried to fix the situation. Everytime I go.

Just want to give this location a shout out. The staff is always awesome. We have a big family and place complex orders. They are always spot on. Speaks to the culture of this store and its leadership. Keep up the good work!

Poor customer service. Manager SARAH got upset because she didn’t know the specials/promotions and assumed I wanted to order take out when I wanted to dine in. Unknowledgeable and useless. Paying customer order from here often never had an issue other than when the pizza was made sloppy due to being too busy.

The 8.99 special for the personal pan pizza and a side isn't worth the money. The 4 boneless chicken wings were good, but the pizza looked like a portion for a child. The personal size pizza at the Grapevine, TX location is bigger.
