We were given chips and salsa and never had anyone take our drink or food order. The booth that was seated next to us came in after us and promptly had their drink order taken, drinks served, and food ordered and yet no one came to our booth. We waited over 15 minutes and decided to leave. We explained to the hostess why we were leaving and all she could say is "Sorry"
and did not try to rectify the issue.
Bad customer service.
The brisket ranchero lasagna is phenomenal!!! We were just passing through but now I have to find a reason to come back!
