Need to teach those at the drive thru window how to give the correct change back. Also last two times going there they give me my tea with it running down the sides of the cup. They don’t bother to wipe it off or offer napkins.

This is the second time that I went with my family, that they had my order ready and waiting by the window, and the food runners walked by it for more than 20 minutes. I saw a what I thought and later confirmed to be my food at the window. The first time it happened the same way, but they continuously brought drinks to cars that arrived 10+ minutes after I did. I had to get out of my car in order to get their attention which was laser focused on all the easy to bring orders. THEN they doubted me and told me that I didn’t actually select “pick up”, to which I answered with my receipt. They then went in and grabbed my food which I had been thinking was mine that whole time.

Breakfast bread sticks are fresh, hot and good without the syrup. Service is good. The cashier always smiles and is polite.

Went to pick up a quick breakfast this morning and stupidly decided to go to sonic in Forney. This is after having two wrong orders the last two times I’ve been there, so partly my fault. I should have known better. Ordered a number 19, NO cheese with a large iced coffee. Was told the total, drove up to the window and they asked me this was my order.,a sandwich combo with a large drink. Verified face-to-face “there’s no cheese, I ordered no cheese”. They put cheese on it and had to remake it. I got home, opened up my sandwich and there was cheese. Third time was definitely not the charm , I will not be going back to the sonic in Forney.

Horrible. Will never return. Ordered on the app a Dr Pepper. Checked in within 5 minutes and they never brought it out. After waiting 20 minutes in a stall we hop in the drive thru. Place another order and let them know we have a Dr Pepper mobile order as well. Get to the window. Wheels off. Employee asks us to repeat the order, then pays us out, forgetting our extra drink. I let her know we ordered it at the speaker after she caught an attitude with me. Then the girl at the window asks us to pull BACK AROUND the drive thru????? And wait again???? I told her like no… I saw it on the speaker screen and how is that my fault that you messed up the order? At this point we’ve been there for 30 minutes. Are they gonna spit in my drink?????? Pulled away to another stall and asked to speak to a manager. Nobody ever came or answered after I initially asked. Ridiculous. This sonic will never get my business again, which is sad because I have lived here for 18+ years. 1/5/24 at about 7:20-8:00pm. Would love to be contacted about my experience.

It took these people 20 minutes to make ONE truffle blast! The service at night is trash! And they forgot my whipped cream! I had an online order and they still took forever! I’m too pregnant to be playing with this slow location!
