I didn't get to get this young man's name but he should be working at Chik Fila, Sonic doesn't deserve him. He was so polite and nice! We always complain about these young kids having bad service but this young man was excellent!

Not even exaggerating, every time I order through the app something is wrong or missing. I honestly don’t get it. How hard is it to get an order correctly.

Sometimes on Sundays there is no one there at 7 when they open. It has happened more than once. There is a very nice lady that works drive thru she works early during the week. She is the best service person.

The food was cold upon arrival, and the dasher assignment process took 30 minutes. To enhance the customer experience, it is recommended that food preparation commences after the dasher has been assigned. If the food is not collected within 30 minutes, remaking the order would be preferable to sending out cold food.

I’ve been coming to Sonic most most mornings every week for the past 2 years. Audrey has been there 95% of those days! I know my drink/order will be right if she’s there. Almost any other time I come, if she’s not there, something is wrong with my order. She has become a happy step of my everyday routine and I’m so thankful to know her (even if only in a small capacity)! Audrey is the BEST and y’all should be so thankful to have her!

It’s fast food. It’s ok. I no longer go as much because the kids cant get their chocolate milk. They keep removing their favorites off the menu.

I usually don’t go to sonic but I went through the drive through on Monday. While I was at the drive through window I heard the manager hyping up his staff! I love to hear and see working staff get appreciated!! He even brought my food over to me and was super sweet!

Food and drinks are good but when ordering on the mobile app you have to wait for ever for even just a couple drinks… I have waited upwards of 30 minutes but average time is 10 minutes

We have had issues with this specific sonic in the past. Today my family was thirsty so we decided to give it another try. They still found a way to ruin our experience. We ordered 4 drinks easy ice, two med motserella sticks with 2 sides of ranch, and two pretzels with cheese sauce. Took about 15 minutes to get our food, whatever. But once we got our food, we were missing a drink, the other drinks were filled to the top with ice, and we had no sauces we ordered. $25 for what?? I tell you what I want for a reason, I pay for what I ask for so i’m expecting to get everything I pay for. Even after we told the guy we were missing stuff, he read the receipt and said it wasn’t on there, are we fr rn. He didn’t even offer to get back and get what we needed. Never going back there again with any friends or family.
