We have had issues with this specific sonic in the past. Today my family was thirsty so we decided to give it another try. They still found a way to ruin our experience. We ordered 4 drinks easy ice, two med motserella sticks with 2 sides of ranch, and two pretzels with cheese sauce. Took about 15 minutes to get our food, whatever. But once we got our food, we were missing a drink, the other drinks were filled to the top with ice, and we had no sauces we ordered. $25 for what?? I tell you what I want for a reason, I pay for what I ask for so i’m expecting to get everything I pay for. Even after we told the guy we were missing stuff, he read the receipt and said it wasn’t on there, are we fr rn. He didn’t even offer to get back and get what we needed. Never going back there again with any friends or family.

I am sad to say sonic has disappointed me once again. I came to sonic to simply get a blue raspberry slushy with strawberry pieces in it. When I got it there were barely any strawberries in the slushy but it tasted and looked like grape. I asked the worker why the slushy looked and tasted grape she said that’s just what the blue raspberry looked like. A couple seconds later I guess she didn’t know that the headset was still on but she started talking badly about me to her coworkers. I think her name was trinity but I’m not totally sure. I had a horrible experience.

the girl with the dreads is very unprofessional and rude!!!! Has a bad attitude whole place is run by a bunch teenagers who have no simple respect. service is terrible!!!

What a surprise when we decided to go here and found this location has a playground. The kids were super excited as none of the Sonics around where we live have playground areas.
I've been to Sonics that have playgrounds and this one is different. The equipment color for example. Every other Sonic I've seen playgrounds have the Sonic red equipment. This clearly doesn't but it didn't detract from the fun they had! And this is the 1st one I've seen with a dinosaur theme. Cool! I like the covered seating so at least there's an opportunity for shade in the Texas hot summer sun. 🙂

I truly recommend not going to this sonic location. This is the second time that I have ordered a water with a few syrups and it takes them about 10 minutes to make my drink even when I order it on the mobile app and they get my order wrong by giving me soda. There is minimal accountability because it is a bunch of teenagers that don’t value customers time. Highly disappointed, but not shocked.
I really like the cheddar peppers and the mozzarella sticks. I got a large chocolate shake that was great. And some chicken nuggets for my dogs. 10/10 never disappointed at Sonic

Establishment has declined in service and speed over the past 10 years we've been frequenting. Recently, our family waited 25 minutes from the time we placed the order to the time we picked up via drive-thru; and there were only three cars ahead of us. When we finally picked up our order (which only consisted of four drinks), the order was wrong. So, we waited another few minutes for them to correct it. Once we pulled away from the drive-thru pickup to enjoy our drinks, my son noticed his had a particularly sour flavor which was not in line with what he ordered. Needless to say, we threw out that beverage, and we resolved to never visit this location again.
