I worked at a Sonic in Mesquite for 5 years, worked every position from carhop to assistant manager, cook, fountain, you name it. I understand mistakes happen especially when you’re moving fast, but literally EVERY time I stop at this Sonic there is an issue. Half of the time I’m just stopping for a single drink and I’m given the wrong drink entirely. Other times like today, the food is made incorrectly, condiments missing, I pay with my card and they still ask for payment...

When the manager doesn’t hesitate in correcting your order you have to give them five stars!! Great service and extremely satisfied…out of all the sonics we go to this was by far the best! Highly recommend.
