CHECK THE RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU WALK OUT. This is the third time I’ve gotten home and there’s no mustard in my bag. And it’s on the receipt!! There’s no reason for me to have to ask for it on the app, if you’re just going to ignore it!
The Sonic crew/team that served my family at the drive-thru between 7:45 pm - 8 pm, was exceptional! My wife continued to say the whole way home how customer service is a “lost art”, and everyone was great! We appreciated this!
The coolest part of this sonic is the car hops on skates, you don't see this much anymore. Service has been very fast the few times I've come here. Their downfall is sometimes they don't have certain slushie flavors available and as others have said, they're pretty stingy with food. I ordered tots and they weren't completely full...I'm used to having the little tot holder full with a couple in the bottom of the bag. But, what they lack in filling...
