Ordered a meal online for pickup. Food was ready when I picked it up. Got home realized I didn’t get the drinks I ordered. Called and told the girl who answered and she said just come back and get them. Sorry but not making a 45 minute round trip just for drinks. Just put the cost of drinks back on my card. Nobody here can do that. Just call back tomorrow. Lack of care and obviously no training. Seriously it’s not rocket science!

This is the second time I’ve gotten sick. The first time I’m not sure what it was but today I know it’s the Mac n cheese. It smelled a little off , like it was spoiled, but I ignored it, now I have the runs. We don’t know if we’re coming back or not. Staff is always friendly and ready to serve.

I got a lot of food today. Baked potato was perfectly cooked. Brisket was tender and moist. Chicken was juicy. Ribs were meaty. Fried cabbage was great. Everything was good. Great customer service too. Definitely will be back.

Came into town to catch the Dallas game. Stop at Soulman's Bar-B-Que for some ribs. I ordered a full rack of ribs (and I'm glad I did) the meat was falling off the bone! Service was fast very polite! The place clean and spacious.

This restaurant is our favorite restaurant. You can't imagine the feeling of eating your favorite food after a day of work. It's so wonderful. Thanks to the handsome guy and sweet girl tonight. They are always so kind. I wanted to leave a tip, but they didn't accept it. Next time, I will change some cash with me... Was very disappointed that they were out of the half chickens, being the special of the month. I can see them running out before closing time, unfortunately, this was during dinner time. I normally don’t write bad reviews UNLESS THE EXPERIENCE LEFT A BAD TASTE, we normally just don’t go back to the place. The atmosphere was ok, couldn’t taste the food, and therefore it’ll stay as a negative, the reason for the bad review is aa follows: there was no sense of urgency, or apologetic attitude. The fact that nothing else was offered as replacement (IM NOT TALKING FOR FREE) to try and have us stay leads me to think this happens often. I can see why there were maybe 3 tables occupied during dinner rush. GOOD BBQ JOINTS are hard to come by, and this one disappointed.
