I go every day to get my coffee here because the other Starbucks around the corner is very rude and I used to like this one because they were so sweet, but the guy barista keeps getting my order wrong, never greets you, and keeps charging for half & half when I been going to Starbucks every day for years and I never got charged to put half& half in my coffee I wanted to keep giving the benefit of the doubt because the other workers are great but I feel if I’m paying 7 Dlls for my coffee at least I should be able to enjoy it it’s been multiple times that I get my coffee and when I get to my car it doesn’t taste good I check the sticker to see the order but he always forgets to put the sticker I got to my app to check my receipt and he always puts less pumps and misses to put another thing. I asked him why he was charging me extra and he fixed rolling his eyes I don’t feel it’s fair.

No one is practicing sanitation after smoking or touching the trash can. This is not acceptable I have asthma. Treat customer how you wanna be treated. Overall the staff was super nice.

Just saw this guy working so hard BY HIMSELF bc the manager left him alone which she should NOT have done. He was so upset bc a lady yelled at him over online orders which should be stopped if someone is left alone!!! He was still kind even after that. Starbucks do better to protect your employees don't leave them to fend for themselves!!!!! He was pulling triple duty for so many people. That should not be happening. The manager should be helping at all times.

Drink was warm and had barely any ice. And it was 70% cold foam and barely and latte itself. it also just tasted tangy and weird and i can’t even get myself to finish it and it was 8 dollars.

Biggest isn't the best. Go to a smaller independent shop for your coffee. Starbucks is overpriced and underwhelming

Nothing in stock. Red hair employee forgot the sandwich that I ordered. And when it came later, it didn’t have the bacon that I paid for. She said that was the last sandwich that she had. Bad experience with this Starbucks.

We’ve started driving to Terrell in stead of going to this location. They constantly turn off order ahead, close the inside and make everyone go through the already slower than molasses in winter time drive-thru, or tell you they’re out of something you can clearly see. About 80% of the time my drink is wrong and I don’t try to order anything custom - peppermint white mocha. They’re severely understaffed for the busy weekends with teenagers that, most times, are just trying their best and getting a little flustered. Whoever is running the place really needs to learn time, people, and business management.
