Did a mobile order said it would be done by 237. Get there and the barista didn't give me my drink until 2:50. Even though the other two baristas was letting her know that I was there. And the people that came in after me, that placed the order at the counter got their order before me.

I’m really disappointed with this Starbucks location. I always order the same drink — a peppermint mocha — and it has never been made correctly. Instead of tasting like mocha and peppermint, it consistently tastes watery, like the flavors are missing altogether.
I’ve tried giving it multiple chances, but the drink quality is the same every time. It’s frustrating to pay Starbucks prices and not get the drink I ordered. I hope this location can improve consistency and actually make drinks with the proper ingredients and flavor.

Greatest Starbucks ever! Superfriendly staff, very efficient, you never have to wait forever like in - too many - other locations. Clean restrooms, outside seating with wall sockets. Highly recommended

This is my go-to Starbucks in Forney. The staff is very friendly and helpful, Kaitlyn was especially wonderful! I haven’t been a big coffee guy for a while, and she walked me through some of the fall drinks and I got to try the Apple Crisp shaken espresso. The wait can be a bit long at times, but it’s a busy Starbucks for a reason, the drinks are always well made and I love the chicken jalapeño wraps are to die for
