Always behind on my Uber eats delivery orders and when I wait for the pickups 50% of the time get forgotten about and end up waiting longer.. don’t call out the names out the Uber orders when they’re done either no communication with that side

Been here numerous times, there is no consistency in the coffee. I order the same thing at every starbucks but tastes very different from this store. If they are rushed they make it sloppy. For the amount of money it is not worth it. I genuinely think if they take time and pay attention it wouldn't be bad. This isnt the first time, but a cup of coffee is the start of the day for alot of people which should make a good impression. I don't mind waiting as long as the coffee is made right!Caramel macchiato was given with no Caramel, milk was cold.Vanilla sweet cream has a completely different taste here compared to other stores.

If your heading eastbound bypass this store and stop at the one in Terrell besides Bucees. The Forney store is hit or miss on the Barista, they can never get the drinks right. Way too weak or so strong you can't drink it. For the price you pay for this, it should be close. Like Forrest says about a box of Chocolates, "you never know what you're going to get."

There's an absolute awesome barista named Nathan here. (Tall, dark curly hair with a beard) He is the kindest, most helpful and provides the best service! He should be given the title of head manager and a big huge raise. I cannot sing his praises enough!!! He's also so nice to my kids when we come & they appreciate his kindness as well. He deserves recognition.

Went inside to place an order and received great customer service from who I believe is the manager. The male curly hair manager was working drive through, working the register, making sandwiches, and cleaning tables. Give that man a raise or promote him.Vegetarian options: Impossible breakfast sandwich is great.

There’s a middle aged woman with long dark brown hair who often runs the drive thru window who gives me a hard time EVERY TIME I order. I have a tooth sensitivity issue due to a medication I’m on so I order my drinks with no ice and every time she’s at the window taking orders she gives me a lecture on why my drink is iced and how not getting ice is an issue. I’ve lived in 3 different states and visited multiple other Starbucks and have NEVER had an issue ordering a drink with no ice but it never fails that this lady gives me a hard time. For how much a drink costs it should be full but she makes a point to fill it 1/2-3/4. She acts like she’s solely responsible for keeping Starbucks in business by shorting customers and lecturing them. Trust me, I’d rather be able to drink the iced drink with ice but this medication makes hot/ cold drinks & foods intolerable. I’ve started driving out of my way to go to a different location just to avoid this lady.
