Visited the store today. Veggies looked horrible like they had been out since yday. That old lady with them dry contact and old pixie cut wig is rude and has poor customer service. She needs training. The store looked a mess and need maintenance back by the drink machine. Sanitation needs to be a reinforced. Thanks

DoorDash and they did not put cheese, tomatoes, black olives or bananas peppers. They gave me a meat and bread sandwich that I paid $20 for :/ I will not be placing another mobile order because that’s just pure laziness

I made an online order, and when u make an online order the workers receive a detailed receipt specifying the order. So you would think that with a detailed receipt they would get it correct right? WRONG! Im allergic to banana peppers and my sandwich was filled with them. Not only that the lady at the front had an attitude when being asked for my order she quite literally was on the store phone casually talking while looking at me and when another customer came up to show her an order she gave her the bag with attitude. Why work at a place you dont like working at its so mind boggling. Ive been going here for quite some time and this upset me because this was genuinely my favorite place to eat out at.

I ordered a sandwhich n was served by Jamesha.. She was polite and offered excellent customer service..As being a manager in retail that is the type of customer service I want in my establishment.. So thank u ma’am. Your service was totally appreciated..

Placed a mobile order app and made certain requests and did not receive my order as specified. I guess they dont read orders thoroughly. So dissappointed I didnt enjoy my lunch. The employees also need to be more sanitary as well.

The Bread is supposed to be baked FRESH each day not stored for a new day!! They serve. Day old bread In hopes you want your sandwich toasted this is ridiculous The lettuce is always brown never covered when not in use and customer service is very slow.
Went Friday night around 7pm. 3 people working, 3 people in line. Took 30 minutes to place order. Just to find out they only take card. They didn't have cash... no problem. Other customer ahead had to buy something at Walmart to get cash comeback and pay. Older lady employee would walk back in forth taking to Walmart employees 🙄 could you help customers here. Asked for extra peppers,pickles but was told they didn't have enough for other customers ooookay???

the food is delicious,the service is fantastic.always a great experience .prices are very reasonable
Had to wait a good while because the ONLY employee there was taking a personal call. Then forgot to put on gloves when they finally started preparing the food (I had to remind them) the entire dining area look sad and grimy.

Not sure if they recently hired new people or I might've never seen the employees who worked there on my most recent visit today 8/12 around 5 PM. The ladies working were super helpful and sweet, made my sandwich fast and it tasted great! This is a huge difference from my previous visits here with slow service and poorly made sandwiches. Glad to see some good changes and looking forward to coming back for more sandwiches and great service.
