I've only eaten here once but visited twice. The first time I placed the order online and picked up. No issue there. The second time the bread wasn't cool so we walked the store for twenty minutes then came back. Still not cool. No one knew how long it would take. We had to settle for McDonald's.

The food was good the sandwich I got a roast beef it was really good we were pointing at what we wanted and she just kept saying don't get on the glass don't get on the glass I said we're not going to touch the glass I was just pointing at what we want

I got to say it's been a long time since I went to Subway due to some bad experiences that I've had dirty utensils employees wearing clothes that look like they played in the mud in bad attitudes bad service but this Subway on helms trail in mesquite off of I-20 the two ladies that work there today were very nice the food was good it's been a long time since I had a good Subway sandwich and I especially liked it because there were women dealing with the food instead...
