Sunshine's Wings and Catfish

We ordered the catfish, garlic Parmesan wings, fries and onion rings. All were hot, fresh and delicious! The portion of catfish were very generous. We felt completely welcomed from the moment we entered the door. We will definitely be back!

My wife & I had the pleasure of patronizing this establishment and they did not disappoint. The catfish & Wings were both fresh, hot & delicious. Definitely recommend!

Please, if you are out in Forney check her out! So friendly and her food was awesome! I moved to Texas from PNW 30 years ago and my husband has been trying to get me to eat catfish forever. We drove an hour on a recommendation and we’re not disappointed. I have never liked it until now! We also had her lemon pepper wings…delicious!! It’s a small but growing place. If you like this type of meal, we highly recommend it!

We are from Bonham, Texas and stopped by to have fish today. Everything was amazing. Do you like Fish? This is the place to come!!

The lady who works here is very kind and caring, the food is something you must have. Delicious and comfortable all the way. Soul food is done right here.

Unlike many restruaunts, it feels like this place cares about the customers.

All I'll say is this folks. It gets no better than the service, the smiles and the laughs we had at this place here. Myself and my beautiful wife had a blast here. We were treated like family from the time we hit the door folks. We were greeted by??? Dang I forgot how to spell her name folks but I'll try it( Nikonya). She's gonna get me for messing it up. Lmbo.. And we had the pleasure of meeting the owner Ms. Sunshine ?. Our food was steaming Hot, cooked upon ordering & brought to us with a great smile folks. We really really enjoyed ourselves here and will definitely bring our friends & family members when they're in town. This is the type of place I love supporting when they're small enough to show u their love & appreciation of ur business but yet big enough so u have the space to enjoy yourself. Thanks guys for one hell of a great great experience and for cooking our food upon ordering so it's fresh, hot and tasty as hell too. The fish & Wangs were off the chain. We'll see yall soon. We just moved to town and looked up food places to try in Forney, and glad we came across this little gem. Her sauces are delicious. I can’t wait to go back for more wings! Sunshine is so nice and gave us great service.

6 pc buffalo wings with fries.. it’s a no from me ? chewy chicken and halfway cooked fries, very unsatisfying. Only thing good was the roll. First time trying and wanted to like it but the standards are very low.

Great food, people, & service. This place serves REAL catfish. You’re getting your full portion of catfish filets not cut up etc. Food is always made to order hot & fresh every time. This is the go to catfish place when you are in Forney.

Only reason they got a star is so I can leave the review other than that it would be none. First and last time coming here. We are new to the area and wanted some fried catfish. The worse fish we ever had especially since it wasn't catfish. It's Sway fish they saying it's catfish though ?‍♀️?‍♀️. It was not done and we came home only to put it in the air fryer to finish cooking. No fried fish is cooked in 10 mins or less when it's supposedly cooked made to order. The frys was old and no season and everything was just bland. The Kool-aid was simple and too much Kool-aid with no water or sugar added. I have never been so disappointed ti eat fish in my life. The price is ridiculous ? 2 piece fish with fries $19. I don't recommend this place at all. I will continue driving back to Dallas to get good and real catfish.
