Wings are fried to soft and the fish taste very fishy. They need to pull that black skin off the back off the fish. Thanks

Amazing fried catfish! Large pieces, tender, flakey, and delicious! We got our order to go, but we were so excited to try it we ended up eating it outside on the back of the Jeep. Sunshine came out to the parking lot just to see how we were enjoying our meal. She is such a sweet lady and is turning out a superior product. We were able to try her Kool-aid recipe, as well as her Paradise Punch. Both were great. I like sauce with my fish and tried Sunshine's Lemon-Pepper Crack Sauce on the side. I wasn't prepared for the flavor bomb! It was exceptional sauce, I can't wait to try it on her wings. Next time! Thank you Sunshine for your amazing food and hospitality!

This is the best catfish I have had in a long time! Fresh and seasoned perfectly! Big pieces too! Not to mention how sweet the owner is. We went in for a to go order and ended up sitting down and eating there. She made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. (Also try the tropical punch….YUMMY!) If this wasn’t enough, Miss Sunshine gives back to those who can’t afford meals. She has lots of meals that have been pre purchased for those less fortunate. I was just blown away and have been wanting more fish since I left lol.

Catfish was delicious. Sunshine uses real farm raised catfish (not swai). We could tell a big difference in swai from other places and here. Sauces were great. Sunshine was super friendly. I would Definitely come back for fried Catfish and okra.

Absolutely amazing food! I was so impressed with the quality and taste. that Sunshine Slamming Sauce is the best sauce I’ve ever had on wings! This new place hasn't been open that long, was in the mood for catfish and this place didn't disappoint. This is the 2-piece catfish sandwich and these filets must have been easily 1 total pound !! Very generous serving. They also had 2&3 piece dinners with sides (can only imagine how big those dinners are!) A nice cold Dr. Pepper to round it out. I'll be back and give their wings a shot.

Ms Sunshine and her Family are amazing the atmosphere is amazing and the food is AMAZING I had the three piece catfish with fries and when I say it was so good like it spoke to my soul!!! Fried Perfectly! I also had the Paradise punch and it has me in a chokehold!!! I will definitely be returning!!! Best catfish I’ve had in Forney! They are unmatched!!!

First time trying them and service was good. Food was hot and cooked when ordered. My gripe is that I asked twice that my wings be fried hard but they weren't. I also paid for the 8 piece wings and when I got home I discovered that there were only six. The lemon pepper seasoning on them was good though and the crinkle cut fries were good. They are new opening so I'll give them another try but it won't be anytime soon.
