only giving it a one star because when we came in we wasn’t greeted the teen girls looked at my son & i like we was stupid
mind you this is our first time here.. they wasn’t welcoming at all, we felt so out of place we didn’t eat inside !!!!!! 10/10 don’t recommend the service isn’t good at all

I took my whole family here and it was bright, clean, and well organized. The chairs were clean and when my son spilled yogurt on the chair, the young lady helped us clean it up. We had tart, and chocolate and both were richer and creamier than other frozen yogurt we have tried in other places. I had to use the restroom while there and would definitely poop here again. It was clean and well stocked.

I can't come here often, but I love the flavors they have and all the toppings they got. I also like how they determine the price by the weight of your ice cream and its toppings

A teenage employee falsely accused a young lady who paid after us of not paying. I witnessed the transaction; she paid, and her coworker acknowledged it. Despite this, the employee followed her outside and confronted her. The young lady returned to ask for the manager's name—a reasonable request given the circumstances.

As a white woman, I couldn't help but feel that this incident had racial undertones. It's disheartening to see such behavior, especially in a place meant for family enjoyment.

sweetFrog, please train your staff better to handle situations appropriately and ensure all customers are treated with respect. This experience was far from the sweet treat we anticipated.

Simple and fun experience. I came here with friends for our summer hangout, and it was enjoyable to say the least. Very nice and sweet experience.

Good froyo but a very dirty location in need of attention; floors especially.

Absolutely love yummalisious so figured I’d come in. Yes the employees are rude but my only gripe is them asking for a tip & the employees being rude afterwards. No I’m not tipping you for ringing me up so you have an attitude because I asked for a bag is crazy. Y’all need to remove it it’s bad decorum your employees are not providing a “tipped” service .

Service was good during our visit. The the only issue was that we were charged $18.10 for our order however there were 6 people that came in after us 4 recieved their dessert completely free. The other two young ladies were charged $7.06 for four orders all of us were serviced by a young lady named Sophia.

Me and my family went and there were only 2 flavors working. This is the second time this has happened.
