Not surprised to see that this location has 2 stars. It does not matter what time you go, this location consistently serves sloppy and incomplete orders.

Wait time is unreal wanted 33 minutes exactly for two tacos. Keep in mind the drive through was empty and no customers inside. Need new manager. This place is awful. Donāt recommend.

First, I really like Taco Bell and had a craving. I order for pickup and I arrive about 15 min after my order. I go in and Iām asked for help and explain I have a pick up. Iām not even on the radar. Ok no problem, they start working on my order and Iām watching. At a certain point, the āsour cream gunā runs out and here we go. I watched the guy doing my order go to the back, grab a huge box and wrestle with the box for about 3 min, gets it on the counter, get what I assume is sour cream wrestle with the box another 2 minutes taking it back to I guess storage. Mind you all the while wearing glovesā¦come back to my order and starts to attempt to finish my order. I yell from the front āwhoa, what are you doingā thenā¦another person/young lady (who I find out is the manager) jumps in and starts throwing whatever on my order. Whoa!!! I just saw her step in after using cleaning products š¤¦š¾āāļø . They put the order on the counter and I ask ādo you seriously think Iām going to eat this? Would you eat this? And this is when I ask for the manager and find out the young lady is the manager. I explain what I saw and demand my money back and I was obliged. I walked away feeling like I should warn everyone in the drive thru but there was no one. I get it now. This place, this particular Taco Bell is not where you want to go. Maybe they will get better but as of 10/25, they nasty!š¤®

Waited over 20 minutes waiting for my doordash order to be ready so I can deliver it. They never made it claiming they had to many orders. There was only a couple ppl in the drive thru. They need to set better priorities, 20 minutes waiting with barely any customers there is unacceptable. Will not accept any more orders from this location. Waste of time
I NEVER NEVER leave a bad review for any place ! But this is now the 3rd time Iāve been to this tacobell and have been VERY DISAPPOINTED! They need to hire all new staff starting with their management! Tried talking to a manager today and she wouldnāt even give her name so I can notate it ! (Because of past issues) I ordered 2 supreme luxe boxes and one had a side of guac and chips . Which the guac definitely had already been eaten out of ! I tried explaining that to the manager and she said no thatās how we do out guacs we donāt fill them up . I said no yeah I understand you donāt fill them up but you can clearly see where someone had already used this one ! I can see where they scooped it and I can see the bottom of the cup ! You mean to tell me you do this to all of your guacs ? Absolutely not !! They mess up every order no matter how simple it is ! I asked for no onions in my taco and it had onions (didnāt notice till I got home ) so I had to drive all the way back up there and ask for it to be corrected and the rude lady at the window acted like I was lying !!! (Because yes let me drive there get my food drive home with 2 toddlers and get them back in my truck and drive all the way back up there for what ?!) I hadnāt but the taco because again I donāt like onions so she made me open the taco and show it to her and then said āoh yeah I did put onionsā when I clearly said no onions ! Proceeded to talk shit about me complaining about there being onions in my food with other employees! When I got my food I was already irritated so I just quickly opened one to make sure no onions and drive off . Got home and sat down to eat only to realize one of my 2 tacos had I kid you not !!! 2 maybe 3 pieces of meat in them !!! Needless to say this place sucks and I will never be going there again !!! Poor customer service and horrible management!!! Do better tacobell !!!

The manager Brenda was an absolute monster to her employees and had the meanest look on her face the entire time I was there today. Clearly this woman does not understand customer service and I am immensely disappointed of her performance in the restaurant.
