I’ve been to this place three times now, and each time, the customer service has been terrible. The first time, I understood they were busy, but it shouldn’t excuse rudeness. The second time, it was a pickup, there was minimal interaction but not friendly and food wasn’t ready. They really want a tip online and in person with the horrible service!But it was my final visit today that really soured my experience. The staff was incredibly rude, making me feel unwelcome. I have no intention of returning, and I advise others to steer clear of this establishment. It’s truly disappointing to encounter such behavior at a burger shop, especially considering there are barely any in the area. Disappointing!

The service was pretty good.I expected a lot more from the burger, especially for the cost and since the name of the place is "The Burger Shop." It's about like a home cooked burger that you can get from the store and make yourself, only with less seasoning. Nothing to write home about, but not terrible.Fries were alright.

I've been coming here for about 2 years now. At the beginning the burgers did seem pretty dry and the fries were always undercooked.Last couple months the burger and frees have been great! Seems like they changed cooks.The only issue is every time I order online it states a time that it will be ready. I usually get there 5 minutes after the estimated time and always end up waiting over 20 minutes. The two servers they have in the front are running around taking orders and answering the phone. I'm sure they are understaffed but maybe changing the estimated time online for them to have more time to make an order?Overall it's a really good place compared to buying fast food from the surrounding places.

Very cute little place tucked away in Forney. The black and white tile make you feel like you’re stepping back in time to an old diner. Their gourmet hamburgers are amazing! Very good! We will be back!

2nd time placing an online order, same result. I arrived at the counter and told the front counter I had an online order. I got full "deer in the headlights" look. The front counter lady turns around and checked her tablet which was only 3 feet away. About 5 orders popped out, they proceeded to say my order will "be out soon"...Right. then you could hear the chefs yelling as they brought them 5 over-due tickets.wow.Needless to say, my order was very late.

A complete disappointment! Ordered online with a pickup time of 6:05pm and had my husband run inside to quickly grab and go while my pregnant self and irritable toddler waited in the car. Upon arrival, staff had ZERO idea of any order. It was almost like they didn’t even know they have an online ordering system.They handed my husband his drink immediately, and he proceeded to sit and wait for nearly 50 minutes. Yes, you read that right…50 MINUTES!Not once did staff try to rectify this completely frustrating situation.On top of that, the food was extremely disappointing. The only positive, in my opinion, was the fries.Do better, The Burger Shop!

I ordered my food at 3:20 to pick up at 3:39 when we got there The food was not ready. By the time we got our food it’s 4:05 .when we finally got home to eat our food we noticed the order is still all messed up.My order was burnt and unappetizing my son’s burger was raw. I called back to get it situated The manager offered to just refund us and I do appreciate that. But there was no attempt to fix our order. For this reason we will not be back.
