We have been coming here for YEARS! The food is great. We have always had take out or sometimes we do dine in. The other day we called in hibachi and my husband went to go pick it up and Yvonne the “manager “ tried to charge him sauce that we always get with our meals. I don’t know why they would want to charge us for spicy sauce and yum yum sauce if we ALWAYS get it with our meals. Then she charged us for other items that COME WITH HIBACHI. We had to pay extra for the meals cause we weren’t “dining in” how is that right? She said cause when we dine in we get complimentary items. Which is not true cause we pay the EXACT same price when we dine in or we order take out. Seriously she had no customer service. Yvonne was not very pleasant.

The sushi isn’t much better than grocery store sushi and way higher priced. It’s also the smallest portion of sushi I’ve ever seen. And at avg price of $17 it’s kind of insane how little it is

First time eating here. Service was good. Food was eh. Scallops were over done. Someone should teach the cook Scallops go on last. Over cooked Scallops is like eating rubbery mush. We sat in a room that to me looked like a storage closet with a grill and seating. It was dark, had curtains on 2 walls. We watched staff come get stuff while waiting. Then while we were eating appetizers girl comes in with a 5 gallon white bucket and clean out the trap from the grill. So black yuck with egg shells splattered. Sitting in a corner basically behind the cook, and froze. AC unit blew strait cold air. To top it off my chair was broken. I told the blonde young lady and was ignored. I ordered some rolls to take home. Was supposed to be separate. It was added to the bill. Leaving our family talked before going going our separate ways. My sister noticed I had brown sticky on my shirt. Meaning my broke chair was nasty as well. Wasn't impressed and my family can go back. I will not. Oh and there was no show. The guy just cooked, he cooked the chicken last. So food was cold by time chicken was on the plate. Also he went through the list before cooking. 2 in our party had steamed rice. He gave them fried rice. Plates were scrapped n steam rice was finally brought out. Just was disappointed all around.

My fav place to take our family. I wish this pal r could get more attention for being one of the best hibachi places in DFW. They provide excellent service and high quality food. When family and friends are visiting town, I always take them to experience Tokyo Harbor.
