Very disappointed. Ordering in the app should guarantee your order is properly prepared. You have all the information printed on the ticket. You traveling to pick up your order. Get it home and the smoothie is missing one of the ingredients that you paid for. Yes the amount is not the point, but it’s the time you waste having to travel back and forth for them to remake you a smoothie that should have been made the way you ordered it the first time. Just a suggestion for the staff. They should take in to consideration their paying customers time. You have customers who travel to your place of business for one of your smoothies by passing other smoothie shops because they love your smoothies you should be able to add points on their app or be able to refund them for the missing ingredient. I spend lots of money with you all and travel to get a smoothie I’m very disappointed. I would normally rate y’all a 5 star but today you will be a 3. Missing the Blueberries!

Real person honest review. Visited the store 7/18/25 at 4;30pm. Extremely disappointed in the Baja chicken wrap and the kale apple slaw. The wrap was not made correctly. Missing ingredients and the kale apple slaw was baby spoon sizes. Disappointed

Sooooo disappointed. Got a smoothie I normally get but someone I’ve never seen made it—not good. Asked for something else and was told I’d have to pay for it; “we don’t do remakes.”

Good to know. Won’t be back.

Just walked in to pickup an order I made on the app when I got to my car to check it my wrap had tomatoes when I asked for no tomatoes. I went back inside and asked them if they could please make another one without tomatoes. The girl who was at the register was very kind and said yes, but the girl making the wraps was not happy at all, and first made five other orders before fixing mine I was there for a very long time waiting, and finally asked if mine would be ready anytime soon. Then the girl in the back making the wrap said she had a lot of orders to make. I said I understood, but I’ve been waiting for a while and my smoothies were now melting in the car, she was mad went to go to the computer asked for my name to make sure that I put no tomatoes when the girl at the register had already confirmed multiple times that I did indeed. Also, it said it on the first wrap she gave me. She was very mad and started telling the other girl that they were already taking $30 out of her paycheck and was very upset at the other girl who was on register. Not sure why she was upset at her when she clearly messed up and was angry so made me wait even longer to fix it. My smoothies were melted by the time I came back to the car so it wasn’t even worth my time or money unfortunately. This is the first encounter I’ve had at this location where the employee is rude they are usually very kind

My boyfriend and I visited your store and selected a couple items, including a smoothie, to enjoy at home. Unfortunately, upon tasting the smoothie, I immediately noticed it had an unusually bitter taste. As a regular customer who typically enjoys your smoothies, I was surprised by the quality of this one, which led me to suspect that it may have been made with either spoiled fruit or vegetables.

In an effort to resolve the situation, my boyfriend returned to the store within approximately 10 minutes of the purchase (driving back and forth from our home). Initially, the staff member who assisted us was understanding and willing to replace the drink. However, another employee informed us that your store policy does not allow exchanges after 15 minutes and that such exchanges would impact her paycheck.

I am disappointed by this response, as I believe that customer satisfaction should be prioritized, particularly when the issue stems from the quality of the product. While I understand that policies are in place to ensure fairness, this situation left me with a negative impression of your business. Due to this experience, I do not foresee myself returning to your store.

I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve both the quality of your products and the customer service experience.

I’ve been going to this location since they opened a few years ago and I’m truly tired of it. Occasionally I’ll have no issues, but most of the time it’s rude/unprofessional employees, smoothies with ice so large that it won’t go through the straw, or incredibly slow service. Today I went in and waited for the cashier to finish texting before I could order. Then she continued texting between selecting my items on the register. To top it off, I need to use a spoon to eat my smoothie because of the aforementioned ice. I’m naive to think the owners would have fixed these issues after so long. At $30 a visit, I’ll take my business elsewhere and hopefully I can get more than a pitiful experience.

Left the gym at 8:15pm to arrive at the Forney location a little after 8:30pm, to them being CLOSED! Doors locked and everything put away!

Hours are not correct.

Upset I could have just gone over to smoothie king instead!

The service was great from each member, but the pictures will speak volumes. I usually visit other locations; however, this was my second at Forney and last. I asked for the açaí base with the mix berries toppings, only to realize that I received the incorrect order. It wasn’t edible because I can’t have coconut and it was very little base. *I did not eat because of the coconut

THEY DO NOT CLOSE AT 9!!!! I arrived at 8:25 to get me and my family a smoothie & they already locked the door and started cleaning stating they were “backed up” how are you backed up but cleaning to close the store down this has happened multiple times. If anyone is wanting a nice smoothie past 8 o clock don’t even bother coming to this location.
