THEY DO NOT CLOSE AT 9!!!! I arrived at 8:25 to get me and my family a smoothie & they already locked the door and started cleaning stating they were “backed up” how are you backed up but cleaning to close the store down this has happened multiple times. If anyone is wanting a nice smoothie past 8 o clock don’t even bother coming to this location.

I'm so mad at this place I just went there it was 8:28 and the doors were already locked when the sign says that it closes at 9. People inside doing nothing... And it's not the first time it happens like change the freaking hour of operation if you can't keep the damn store open til 9 ?? horrible

For those who like whey protein mixed in their acai bowl this place does NOT do that, apparently they can make it in a smoothie but not a smoothie bowl?? The acai base is already pre-made so seems like it's not asking for too much to blend a smoothie bowl up if u want some protein. ONE star. I've been plenty of places where it's not a problem. And for $11.00 you don't get much in their smoothie bowl either. It's VERY SMALL compared to other places. I had a granola bowl not an acai bowl.

This was my first time trying this place and I'm pleasantly surprised. The staff helped me choose my drink which was so good and not too sweet (I don't like super sweet items). The Caribbean jerk chicken wrap was so flavorful, juicy and packed full. I wasn't a big fan of the maple sweet potatoes because I didn't taste any flavor, I added my own honey and the. It became a hit. The jalapeño corn had a great char on it which I definitely liked. The area is super busy for mid morning. I will definitely be back.

Been coming here for a while, I like the food, I don't like the unfriendly attitude of the morning shift. No welcome or Thank you ever only a long face and use of gloves is only for their protection, This person touched my food with her bare hands and had gloves on the cutting side only.

I love this location due to convenience, however...the staff needs to be thoroughly vetted through as there is a lack of customer service (lack of greeting) and little to no organization (no uniform/uniformity orders have been misplaced). I've come to this spot over 10 times and unfortunately I haven't seen much change. For the hiring manager/ owner please please vet your staff, this place has a lot of potential, and train your staff to a standard. Thank you.

Quick stop for a healthier breakfast/road trip drink.Purchased a "Mocktail Party" smoothie, the Island Punch! It definitely gives you the islandy taste, just too sweet for me (they did add 4 scoops of sugar for a medium...yikes).Over all, the shop was very clean and the color theme is nice, airy/beachy. I liked the feel.

Just left, this was my first time coming here, and will be my last time! Customer service was horrible. Had my smoothie sitting until I noticed the people that ordered after me received their items, and i had to ask did they call me.
