Photo taken while people are looking at me as the dining room is supposed to be open as it’s 9:25 and 10pm is when it closes. Either hire people or protect the integrity of your business by posting CORRECT times. Plus long waits in short lines during dinner is ridiculous

I always ask to have my sandwich freshly made, so therefore it comes out hot and juicy(ifnnot, dry and shriveled up). The beef has fillers and a basic meal will run your calorie count and sodium intake thru the roof.

I came through to order some fries and I got some cookies instead but didn't realize it until I got down the block I was really craving my fries but I guess I'll settle with these two cookies instead order accuracy is very important but maybe next time they'll get my order right if I come back. This occurred through the drive-thru

Kind of a let down when I was asked in the drive thru if I wanted sauce and kindly answer for bbq sauce for my nuggs. I then drive ten minutes home with my meal and there is no suace to be found in the bag.

Every time we go in this location they are understaffed and cranky. Stood in line 35 minutes today and had to leave because I had to get back to work. Yes I am writing this hangry, but it is the same experience every time we go in. The manager needs to get a clue and hire people and make sure they have enough staff working at lunch time.

Ordered online with a coupon on a Sunday and unfortunately customer support is off on weekends so I’m out a coupon and no food
