I had a takeout order and set it to 9:30 and it wasn’t done until 9:50 , waited very long for my sprite to have no flavor whatsoever so ever I asked for sprite not carbonated water

This has to be one of the worst fast food establishments in Forney. Customer service lacks heavily, the girl that took my order never greeted me when I got to the window, doesn’t acknowledge. Just sticks her hand out to take the payment, and I have to ask for my receipt. I stopped by last week and the burger was RAW! DO BETTER!

JUST WAITED 25 minutes for a large fry that was hard, old & not even hot. I don’t recommend this whataburger. Called the manger, he did apologize but did not offer to tell me to come back to get a fresh fry. He also was arguing with me telling me I was lying. He said I have been sending out fresh fries all night and my time is not 25 minutes. So I wasted my time to call just to lie. Lol, ridiculous. Will not return ever again!

I don’t see the charm in Whataburger….most of the locations I’ve been to have incredibly slow service. The food is always cold and the fries are always stale. This location is a perfect example of all of that but other locations are not that much better. I just avoid going there now.

The girl on the mic was extremely rude. Spoke over me several times. Very short with me. When I got to the window I told the guy who may have been manager she was rude as hell. He told me she's training. I said ok well she was still rude. He said she wasn't. I said she wasn't what. He said she wasn't intending to. She's trying and doesn't speak English as a first language. I said being rude and speaking over someone is not a language barrier. He did not apologize. Basically just blamed it on her not speaking English. I found it all strange bc she did not have an accent actually. She was just ghetto and rude as hell.

Krista has the worse attitude ever to be a manager apparently they gave out my order to someone else and instead of apologizing she hung up in my face when I called back and asked for corporate number she said said she wasn’t giving me anything and hung up again. I called back and was help by someone I’m really disappointed the food is always cold despite the long wait

Whataburger is changing, it doesn't matter which one you choose. The food is not as good, and I believe it's all has to do with the bun. The service times are also changed, I used to get my food out to me in 3 to 4 minutes, but now it's whenever. Last night, I sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes, and it's like that every time I go. My trips to Whataburger are becoming further apart and I believe if they don't make some changes, in about 6 years, they will be struggling for business.

Had a door dash driver literally leave my food, when I came to pick it up myself the staff remade my food. 10/10 service

Went through the drive thru at 8pm, and with only a couple cars in front of me, it took about 25 minutes for me to even get to the window. Once there, they couldn’t even find my order. They eventually found it and my burger was cold, the bun was kind of hard, and the burger patty was paper thin.
