⭐️ 1 Star (would give 0 if I could)

I made the mistake of ordering from this Wingstop through Uber Eats… BIGGEST MISTAKE. I ordered 25+ tenders—what did I get? One sad little box with 4 plain chicken tenders. FOUR. No sauce, no fries, no wings. Just four naked strips of depression.

I called the store FIVE times to see if maybe the driver left the food behind. What did they do? Let the phone ring once, maybe twice, and then hit me with the “straight to voicemail special.” Like y’all were running a trap house instead of a chicken wing spot.

Wingstop, please explain to me what type of business model this is… “Order 25 tenders, but instead receive 4 tenders and a side of ghosting”?

At this point, I don’t know if the driver stole my food or if the employees are sitting in the back like:
“Yo, he’ll never notice if we swap his 25 tenders for 4.”

Either way, this location is unprofessional, unreliable, and apparently on a strict diet plan where customers don’t eat.

Save your money. Unless you’re craving disappointment and a voicemail beep, stay far away from this Wingstop.

We stopped here for lunch, after visiting a local church and had a phenomenal time. We met an amazing young lady and were served by hard working kind individuals. Their wings and sweet tea was on point 🔥

My granddaughter ordered food and she thought she was having it delivered. When she found out it was for pick up she called back and they said they would cancel the 29 dollar order and credit the money back. And she did her order again for delivery and it was 32 dollars. This was May 21 and after several calls and speaking with several different people I still have not received my refund.

Went to grab a late night bite and ordered a 20 piece mix n match and a 20 piece boneless meal deal. In the boneless meal deal I only got 10 pieces. And yall giving out free items for a survey when my food can’t even be done correct.

time and time and time again, this Wingstop location fails to deliver. Every time I order from here they forget to give me ranch, a flavor of wings, or fries. Like how hard is it to put fries in the bag??

I made an online order through the Wingstop website that was delivered by Door Dash on 3/18/25. We were missing the two drinks that came with our meal. We received texts with updates on our delivery throughout so I texted that we didn’t receive our drinks and received a reply saying, “We’re connecting you directly with the person delivering your order.” I never received a response so I called Wingstop and spoke to Dion who said I would receive a refund for the two drinks within 5-7 business days. When I asked for confirmation on the refund amount, he got his manager on the phone, G. G said the Door Dasher came in saying, “I don’t do drinks” as it is a self serve machine, grabbed the food and left. G said he can’t make them do anything and I would have to call Door Dash for the refund which didn’t make sense as I ordered it through Wingstop but I followed his instructions. I spoke with customer service rep, Rose at 8:51PM who confirmed they would not be able to help as they didn’t take any payment from me and referred back to Wingstop. I called back and spoke with manager Carlos this time expressing my frustration. At this point, I had been dealing with the issue for 30 minutes and my food had gotten cold. We then discussed receiving a refund for the two drinks, my 6 piece meal, and having the tip for the Door Dasher removed due to poor service on their part. He said his Area Manager Kasey and General Manager Jesus were in the store and would see to it I would be refunded. He did say it may be difficult to get the tip removed but would try and I’d see the refund in 5-7 business days. 3/26/25, marked the 7th business day and I had not received any refund. On 3/27/25, I made a corporate complaint online through the customer service “contact us” page and still haven’t heard back and it’s 4/5/25. I’m very disappointed with my experience.

We didn’t receive a ton of the food we ordered and paid for. This was an $80 order and we didn’t get any of our drinks (4), two sets of fries or an order of veggies. Ranch was spilled in the bag. And NO one answered the phone when we called the first time, couldn’t hear them the 2nd and put us on hold the 3rd time for 20 min and never answered. This seems to happen everytime. Very disappointed!

I had a terrible experience at this Wingstop location. On March 18th, I ordered food, but when I got home, it was completely inedible—the quality was awful. I returned it the same day and was promised a refund, but a week later, I still haven’t received my money back.

I’ve gone back and forth multiple times trying to resolve this, but the staff keeps giving me the runaround instead of honoring their word. It’s clear they have no respect for customer service or accountability. I shouldn’t have to chase them down for a refund they agreed to issue.

This place is unprofessional and dishonest—if you care about quality food and good service, take your business somewhere else!
