Great service and the food truck park is probably a great atmosphere in warmer western. The burger was okay mainly because the bun is too sweet for the components of the burger. The patty tastes nice and peppery but is diluted by the brioche bun - remove it and the burgers would be better.

This was far the worse experience I've had at the food truck yard. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries. This was around 16$. Which I don't mind paying as long as the quality matches the price. Well it didn't. The burger to put it lightly just was not good. The bun was much larger than the meat. Then it became soggy before I could finish the burger. Then as I attempted to eat the burger I kept eating like stringy pieces of beef that didn't seem like it belong with the patty. The cheese had shriveled up and still didn't cover the entire small patty. Last but not least, I was asked if I wanted regular or Cajun fries. The regular fries were 2.99 and the Cajun were 3.99. Come to find out all he did was sprinkle some type of seasoning on the fries and charged a extra dollar for that. Everything is a la carte so no combos to subsidize the price. I am disappointed.
