I love Auntie Anne's Pretzels Freedom Crossing! They have great customer service, delicious food, and friendly employees. The pretzels are always fresh, hot, and buttery, and they have a variety of flavors and dips to choose from. The drinks are refreshing and complement the pretzels well. The employees are nice and always greet me with a smile. They are fast and efficient, and they keep the place clean and organized. First time actually getting something and the cashier (male) had an attitude and their “fresh” order tasted nothing like what I ordered! Guess there was some miscommunication. I asked for a cinnamon pretzel and almond bite nuggets. When he asked what size I stated you’re small order. He heard regular and as he rung my order up that’s what I was charged. I noticed the mistake and questioned the price. This when his attitude changed and he stated that I ordered a reg. Explained I stated small and he rung me up again without canceling the first transaction. Then the fresh almond bites were not sweet and it tasted weird. As if the dough was not mixed well.
Maybe they should retrain their employees cause every time I go there Everyone has an attitude problem.

I ordered the pretzel bites and they were awful. Tasted like regular bread with salt. They charge extra for any sauce and it was the price of an actual meal.
