Buffalo Wild Wings

We came with a group of people and our waitress was frustrated immediately. She said short rude responses to myself and the soldiers around me when asking for additional items.we had to ask multiple times for dressings and refills and some of us never got any, And then when it came time to check out she was nowhere to be found. We had to find her to ask for checks and it took her 45 minutes to check us all out. It was not a welcoming feeling at all and she treated us with 0 respect. Her name is Isabell.

Nice place in the Exchange area inside Fort Bliss, good meals (wings, burgers, appetizers, and more), enjoy sport events on the screens, music.
The best place on post to spend time if you are assigned over here in El Paso

App says the food is ready, I get there and I wait another 20 min. It has been 3 times now

Tasty wings at a good price.

Just picked up my order they forgot my fires and celery. I attempted to call them and the phone number is wrong. I'm already home so I'm not going back. Very disappointing!

Have attempted to call this location several times but they do not have a working number. Must not need the business.

I dined here at 1100, so there was no wait, service was great, the food was good. They are kind of skimpy on their french fries portion, one of the cheapest foods to serve, so you don’t get five stars, sorry.

Quiet and peaceful ✌️. The service was great. Bill was a little high, though.

The Manager wasn’t friendly what so ever he had such an attitude and even the employee said he acts like that in these situations and he made me wanna not eat here ever again no wonder it isn’t that busy at lunch time as well he threatened to call the MPs because the military staar card kept declining all the employees including him said it would work but it wasn’t going through on there end
False Advertisement of them accepting a Military Staar card is really annoying I haven’t used it in a while and thought I would try it but guess u can’t use it there don’t let them scam u like they did to me also the employee was very friendly

The management is horrible and rude (nick) has no customer service attitude whatsoever 🤢

We ordered wraps and server came back said was out of tortillas. So we ordered wings. Was told it is buy 1 get 1 free. So we ordered 30 count so we could take some home. Server put in the order. Came back and said that we aren't allowed to do that. Asked to talk to manager because server didn't know why and didn't make since to her. So manager came over said there is nothing she could do about it that in order to do the buy 1 get 1 free we had to go on line and order through app. While a Comercial came on the TV that said nothing about having to order on line. Or on the signs on the doors as you enter establishment. We paid for our teas and left. First time going here and last time going here. Zero stars except for 5 stars for waitress. Never been to a buffalo wings and no never will.

No one ever answers the phone and they have got my order wrong twice

Food was good, our server was great; only problem to note was that our server was being overworked, waiting on most tables while 3-5 of the other servers sat by the reception desk and talked.

This location has really gone down. We had a small group get together. Half of our party had a horrible experience. One of the entrée of chicken tenders was served really cold to the point that the tenders were super hard and dry. When the plate was returned to the waitress, she took took it back to the kitchen. Here is the kicker, a replacement meal would have never been brought out even though 30 minutes had passed. We had to remind the waitress about the issue and then she sped back to kitchen. Only excuse they had, was that there was a mix up with the plates being served. The manager, if he was a manager, didn't really do anything about the situation, besides say a simple sorry. The waitress rarely stopped by to see if we needed anything, we usually had to call one to get refills on our drinks.
This place has really bad service lately.

Im very disappointed my wings came out cold, hard and salty. No managers around to complain about how the cooks are sending out the food.
