For the cost of food; and the lack of business during certain times, it would be great if y’all made the food fresh. Should consider fixing your exhaust so you are not smoking up the whole facility
Went there had an great experience, Terry did an excellent job on my food, very attentive, and knowledgeable, he deserves a promotion needs to be in leadership positions, you all need to know what talent you have & treat them right, great service 👏👏👏👏👏, beyond 5 stars for Him,

First instance the bread on my burger was stale, hard as a rock. Second instance went thru the drive thru and the manager charged me twice. She said that the first transaction didn’t t go thru but my bank was showing two charges, when I showed it to her and asked for a refund she said she can’t refund it bc the transaction was pending on my account and told me to come back in a few days and never gave me a receipt of the “declined” transaction. So I had to wait four days for them to give me my money back. Absolutely ridiculous, managers don’t know what they’re doing.

The man at the window ripped my credit card somehow, I get it's a piece of plastic and it was still able to be used so I wasn't too upset. But then on top of that they gave me the wrong order. Out of all the bases I have been too this BK is the worst.
