Absolute scam. There is no way in hell they are giving the correct portions of meat. I was able to put all the meat on half the roll. The guy said hes worked there for 10 years but ive been eating there for that long and i know for sure the meat is supposed to cover both pieces of bread. Ive watched them mess up and put the wrong portion on my cheesesteak before and try to pass it off.

All the pictures the cheesesteaks are over flowing with meat and fixins and when i grabbed the box it was so light i wasnt sure my food was even in there. Never ever going back and i hope enough people realize they are charging 10$ for bread with a taste of meat so they can actually give what they are advertising.

Plus the little girl that was working today needs to learn how to fix her face and be professional. Im upset cuz i feel like im getting jipped so giggle at me and roll your eyes. Extremely unprofessional. The owner gave me a refund but said thats just how it is... wish i took a picture of the pathetic meal they call cheesesteak so yall could see the scam for yourself.

Felt rush the food they ended up giving us , there was one person behind us. Food was super dry, chicken was so hard. Will not return back. I don’t want an apology for our experience they knew they served us gross and let us leave like that.

Plus did not want to take my military star because it wasnt the new one even tho ive been using the old one till i get the new one forcing me to use regular card without the discount, never coming back to this one ima stick with puerto rico charleys

Very poor customer service, they were so rude because they don’t want to make the food, the employees working acted like we didn’t speak Spanish and said “te salve from making food because they were going to eat wings” like we were being nice until they got rude with us but anyways I hope they think back and to act nicer because people are just human beings after all

I don't see the point in listing under the sandwich name everything that comes on the sandwich only to put NONE of that on it unless specifically asked for. I got bread, meat, and cheese nothing else. Not much of a Philly cheese steak.

2/2/24 @ 7 pm mst. Freedom crossing the two boys-one might have been trans working behind the counter were unprofessional from how they were talking down to customers to the conversation they were having amongst themselves. They said they were just there for a paycheck they didn’t care about nothing else. We won’t be returning. Not worth the ridiculous service. Zero stars.

I just had an order to go, and I had the bacon fries. When I was close to finished there I took a bite out of a VERY much moldy fry. CHECK YOUR FRIES BEFORE SERVING. KEEP YOUR FOOD CLEAN AND NOT CONTAMINATED.

A elderly gentleman took my order. He looked very upset to see me I place my order, and before I even finished, he turned away from me. I wanted to upgrade my fries to gourmet, however due to this employee that was unable to he gave me a box of cold fries, and did not even thank me for my order.
To add insult to injury I posted a photo of my order.

When I visited this establishment before, they had a great service, and the staff was friendly, greeted me and thanked me for my order. I’m not sure who this individual is, but it is advised to corporate to fix this before sales are affected.
