Freedom crossing the two boys-one might have been trans working behind the counter were unprofessional from how they were talking down to customers to the conversation they were having amongst themselves. They said they were just there for a paycheck they didn’t care about nothing else. We won’t be returning. Not worth the ridiculous service. Zero stars.

I just had an order to go, and I had the bacon fries. When I was close to finished there I took a bite out of a VERY much moldy fry. CHECK YOUR FRIES BEFORE SERVING. KEEP YOUR FOOD CLEAN AND NOT CONTAMINATED.

Worst Charley’s I ever been to a certain employee rude as h**l all and all just bad service.. they lost my business never will go there until it goes under new management and get rid of rude employees

They always mess up my order. It’s not hard to ask for someone to repeat their order. Then to catch an attitude.

A elderly gentleman took my order. He looked very upset to see me I place my order, and before I even finished, he turned away from me. I wanted to upgrade my fries to gourmet, however due to this employee that was unable to he gave me a box of cold fries, and did not even thank me for my order.To add insult to injury I posted a photo of my order.When I visited this establishment before, they had a great service, and the staff was friendly, greeted me and thanked me for my order. I’m not sure who this individual is, but it is advised to corporate to fix this before sales are affected.

After eating Manchu WOK since forever I noticed this place out the corner of my eye. Decided to try it at least once. They make great Sandwiches. Nothing hold you over better than a sandwich while you wait to get your chinese food. :3

They are similar to a Subway, but they also sell gourmet fries. I really like that they have a turkey cheddar melt and chicken Philly cheesesteak. I love getting all the extra veggies on there. I always ask for double the veggies at the end of the order line because it is more filling and still very yummy! (Ordering an extra piece of meat is an extra $2 and I think that option is too expensive. ??) I love it so much that I eat there almost every day now! ??
Rude employees that assume want I'm getting. Went to order and got a bacon 3 cheese and asked for ultimate fries and a large drink. Instead of giving me that he gave me regular fries and a small drink. When I corrected him he acted as if it was my fault. Then I get charged an extra $2.00 for miscellaneous and when I asked about it he said it was for the ultimate fries. But if you look at the receipt it already charged me for that.

They DO NOT actually keep their hours of operation. Staff can be a bit rude at times. I get an impression of general laziness on the part of the employees staffing this location. Buyer beware I suppose.
