The waitress provided excellent service. She was attentive and was prompt in taking our order and assuring we were happy with the preparation of our meals.

If I could give less than one star I would. Came with a group and waited an hour for food/ drink and another hour after asking to tab out. Brought it up and was told we were “bitching about waiting to pay”. Extremely inattentive and can definitely spend your money and time at better establishments.

From the get go, the manager im assuming, was a bit rude as we sat down, cracking jokes he thought was funny, despite our lack of response to him.
I ordered the Santa Fe salad and was disappointed with what I got for $15.

This was such an awesome experience from the time we walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. Didn’t realize we were greeted by the manager until he came by to check on our food. Our food was hot and fresh. Drinks were great and it was overall a genuinely great experience. We will continue to come back as long as we are at fort bliss!

Chili’s is wonderful at this location made especially fantastic by my bartender Anaya, and the manager there Diana. They are the absolute best staff anyone could ever ask for couldn’t recommend enough

My explosion salad didn't come with enough dressing and they charged me extra for dressing😑 Our mango teas didn't taste like they used to and we always go to chilis bc its our favorite restaurant. Not going to the bliss location anymore tho. My quesadillas was burned and I asked for new ones. Once I payed and saw my receipt..I asked what's the extra charge so one of the employees said she's going to check. So they had to ring them in to prepare them fresh... and never took that charge off. Also we saw our server exactly two times. One time to take our order, another time to bring us one refill of drinks. No one asked us how the food was. We had literally 4 different ladies bringing us food, refills and boxes so we didn't even knew who our server was. At the end we waited forever for boxes. I used to like this location...not anymore

I went there yesterday, customer service was the worst. Have been there numerous times. My son and I ordered our drinks the lunch 10.99 deal , we got our drinks and soup. The soup was cold, my ice tea was bitter. We waited 45 minutes the food never showed up, the waitress not once went to our table to let us know about the delay or ask if we need it a refill nothing. Never again .
