UPDATE: We had a wonderful meal at Chili’s this evening and the food was cooked and delicious. Our server and the manager both were very nice. I’m happy they made things right. I’m changing my review to 5 stars.

I’ll give anything a second chance and now that I have, I’m done with Chili’s. The reason I’m giving it 2 stars and not 1 is because the fries were good. My husband got the triple dipper and his chicken looked to be 5 years old, gray and rubbery inside. My burger was raw and drowned in mustard…so much that the bottom of the bun was sopping wet. It’s sad to see a place you loved 15-20 years ago go downhill like this in good quality.

I love this place and the friendly service they give. Last night 12-10-25 I went out on a date with a very handsome soldier that I met at tinder, after spending some alone time with him we decided to go and get some delicious food and drinks 🍸 at this chili's location and after arriving 20 minutes in the date I was in my second mixed drink when I kinda had a bit of a accident, after relaxing I realized what had happened and I had to excuse my self to the restroom quickly, I was in the restroom stall for 20 min or more thinking how can I get out of this situation when all off the sudden our server (Amber) came inn and asked for me if I was ok, I explained my situation to her and she went above and beyond to help me with my situation. She was so sweet and caring and I really appreciate it a lot. Thank you Amber for your help 🙏

Arrived 55 minutes before closing and was greeted with a friendly reminder that we were in no rush and to take our time and enjoy ourselves. Service was great. Food was great and the only thing that seemed odwas the TV's were all tuned into the CW Christmas Special but the musak continued to play over it. Not even the same janra.
