Chili's Grill & Bar

My explosion salad didn't come with enough dressing and they charged me extra for dressing😑 Our mango teas didn't taste like they used to and we always go to chilis bc its our favorite restaurant. Not going to the bliss location anymore tho. My quesadillas was burned and I asked for new ones. Once I payed and saw my receipt..I asked what's the extra charge so one of the employees said she's going to check. So they had to ring them in to prepare them fresh... and never took that charge off. Also we saw our server exactly two times. One time to take our order, another time to bring us one refill of drinks. No one asked us how the food was. We had literally 4 different ladies bringing us food, refills and boxes so we didn't even knew who our server was. At the end we waited forever for boxes. I used to like this location...not anymore

I went there yesterday, customer service was the worst. Have been there numerous times. My son and I ordered our drinks the lunch 10.99 deal , we got our drinks and soup. The soup was cold, my ice tea was bitter. We waited 45 minutes the food never showed up, the waitress not once went to our table to let us know about the delay or ask if we need it a refill nothing. Never again .

It was a chaotic, s.it show. The hostess was absent and had a difficult time finding the spot to seat me. I had to ask the waitress if I could order. The food was cold when served. To the waitress inability to provide decent customer care, she was training a new waitress while also juggling two other tables and a party of about 15 soldiers, so it was not the worst considering her responsibilities. Honestly, it looked like a bunch of new employees.

I was waiting for more than 30 minutes and they didn't even bring me the drinks, they served tables after me... I had to leave

I was seated and waited about 10 minutes before anyone took my order burger. When I finally received it about 30 minutes later and it was overcooked. The next day I decided to give it another shot. Again, I waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged after being seated. I ordered a burger, just one burger. After waiting over 30 minutes, I decided I had wasted enough of my time. The place wasn't very busy either time, and they seemed to have enough servers. It's understandable that things happen, but it's one burger. I guess the second day is my fault for going back.

Again, this restaurant has a captive audience of soldiers without cars, so they definitely slack on service and quality of food. I feel as if this location may be more expensive but I’m not completely sure. The interior was somewhat dirty and service was less than quick. If you have a car, go off post for cheaper and better options.

⚠️⚠️⚠️If I could give 0 stars I would. WE FOUND A PIECE OF METAL in my husband's food when he was halfway done. I really forgot to take a picture because this is the first time this has ever happened and to be honest I didn't know what to do. So I'm warning you guys to check your food before eating or avoid going to this Chilli's, it really shows how careless they are with people's food ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Always a great experience, even when understaffed all the people working do their best to divide and conquer. Food is always good and energy is always great
