Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've been to this Chipotle twice now and both times the food was amazing! Tasted just like the Chipotle back in the 2000's. The past 20 visits to Chipotles in several States the food was subpar. I was thinking Chipotle just ain't what it used to be. This location has reawaken my love for Chipotle. Now I can enjoy my favorite chain again.

Very skimpy on portions. It was the smallest burrito I've ever had at Chipotle.

Food was okay, but the service was definitely lacking when I went. I probably stood there for 5 minutes before being greeted. I felt like I was some sort of nuisance that they had to serve me. Given the settings (cleanliness), I will chalk in up for a win since I did not get sick off the food. Sorry, Chipotle, I wish I didn't have to say this and wish I could've had a better experience.

9/30/2024 I was ordering a steak bowl. The new female in the pic on the left was going to give me 15 beans and 8 pieces of steak. I mentioned that her portion was small. And that if I stood there and monitored, I believe she would give 'other' people more. I said I did not want the steak if it was going to be like that. She said she was trained to give small meat portions. So I changed the meat to pork. She gave me the equivalent of a teaspoon. I said cancel the whole order. We left. I swear at this on post Chipotle you never know what you gonna get.

Online pickup order came out 10 minutes late and without nachos. I guess I'll just shoot the cup of queso like it's a shot or something. And yes, the nice little receipt on the bag says chips and queso. I used my reward points for it too 😭 guess I'll just go self fornicate

There were clumps of dirt in my lettuce. That is a sanitation issue. Hence, one star. Atmosphere was not good. Limited seating. They charge a premium for their food relative to other Chipotle's that I've been at.

Normally I love this place but don't order online! We picked up our order and had problems:
1. Husband order double meat, didn't get it and half his burrito was rice.
2. I order queso for my bowl, didn't get it.
3. Order chips and queso on the side, didn't get the chips.
4. They said our order will be ready at 440, my husband had to wait 30 min past the time, than went to the counter asked for his order they said they will check. 5 min later they put it on the shelf after it was sitting on the counter the whole time with other orders, 35 minutes after 440... our food was cold by the time we got home.

This place is one of the best chipotles I have been to the the food was out of this world. Service was amazing the workers were really nice and they had a amazing attitude. Atmoshphere was very calm and made me feel very welcome. If you go here just know it will be a five star experience.

Vegetarian options: Im not vegatarian but there was tofu and other vegatarian items but if you dont like to see meat don't go here there is meat visible.

Approximately @2:30pm I went into chipotle for a job interview and I walked to the female with glasses at the cash register, I told her I was there to speak to the manager about an interview because I noticed he was busy dealing with a customer. I proceeded to sit down and wait … she did not tell the manager even when they finished taking orders. They all walk away to the back. After 20 min when she finally informed him. He rolled his eyes and acted like I was wasting his time for that interview. I ended up walking out, why have signs that you’re hiring all over the establishment if that’s how potential employers are going to get treated. No wonder they are always hiring, As a military spouse Iam appalled that chipotle has such an unprofessional hiring manager and definitely not “military friendly”. To top it all off they weren’t busy at all. The manager was too busy showing another employee that was off the clock pictures on his phone. I’m not saying I should get hired because Iam a spouse but dam at least get to know me and my credentials. Extremely disappointed and sabotage at an opportunity.

The food can be hot or miss at this location, but the service leaves something to be desired. I had to ask them to remake a burrito when they didn't label which of our burritos was which in our order (our daughter is lactose intolerant and cannot have sour cream) and the amount of attitude and rudeness I received was insane. They never label our food when we order online and it's a constant struggle with making sure everyone gets the correct burrito. The chicken is also burnt sometimes and they rarely follow the directions when we say extra or little of something.

They NEVER have take out orders ready on time. I’ve tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt with lunch rushes but it’s a consistent problem. I’m clocked out for lunch and need to be back and I have waited anywhere near 10-25 minutes AFTER my scheduled pick up time to get my food. It’s so ridiculous for the amount of money I’m paying for food.

This place is a joke. I ordered 1 burrito bowl for delivery & i didn’t get any utensils, like how am i supposed to eat my food? They also took a long time to get my food ready for the driver picking it up
