Their chips taste like stale nothing. They really need to update that recipe. Queso blanco texture is wrong and overpriced. Seems like there’s too much flour in it. The new limited edition chicken al pastor was solid but wasn’t enough to make this a good value overall. My advice: if you’re craving chicken and rice, go to Sarku.

Disappointing Experience at Chipotle Grill, Fort Bliss, TexasI recently ordered online from Chipotle Grill at Fort Bliss, Texas, in El Paso, and while the food itself was satisfactory, the experience left much to be desired. I would have given it five stars, but unfortunately, they failed to include all the items in my order. It's frustrating because a simple confirmation could have prevented this oversight. Consequently, I can only rate my experience a disappointing two stars.

Don't understand how you can't put a kids meal quesadilla with the meat on the side. Same portion you'd put in the quesadilla just on the side. "It would be an up charge." Do this all the time because my autistic son only eats the meat out of the quesadilla.Didn't ask for extra meat, or anything crazy. Just the same portion that would be in the quesadilla on the side. Which I've done at everywhere chipotle I've been to.Attitudes are trash.

This Chipotle is not bad as far as they go.The problem is that it's now almost $17 for a burrito with no extras and a regular size soda. There is also no portion control so a lot of times I won't get a full portion of meat , which really sucks when I'm paying $17.I've read that they're passing the buck of increased minimum wage to the consumers even though they're doing very well financially. You can read it for yourself. I won't be going here anymore.
