The utensils are too flimsy to function as utensils half the time. I feel like I'm trying to eat my food with spaghetti noodles.

Go there on mornings only, good food good service. on omelet bar its a hit or miss, they dont like doing omelet and do not care to do it properly other than a tall hispanic specialist thats on the grill most time asks how we want it and makes them look like actual omelets, his names Berahono or close to that, everyone else is just mad and you can tell they dont want to serve you, food is good, atleast on breakfast good flavored pancakes, meats are well seasoned and always have grits and oatmeal on line l, and fruits easily available, no complaints

Food is better than most dfacs I've been too however, walking in and finding staff laying their head down at the check in counter and then speaking in a rude tone is a bad image. The staff at check in should work on being more professional.
We got there 30 minutes before close, 1800. The salad was empty, the main food was cold, and the chicken wasn't fully cooked. Most the cooks or line servers were joking around or on their phones. I had to tell them that the salad needed to be filled. This was my first time and last time. The only benefit is they allow you to eat as much. I feel sorry for my Barracks soldiers who have to eat like this everyday.

It's a dfac. Food it good enough. Currently, they are doing self-serve, which is great.

Keep in mind this dfac is self serve (Started November 4th , 2024). Depending what day breakfast is always the same and lunch/dinner is a hit a miss depends what’s on the menu. Short order lane will always be the same most of the time on lunch/dinner/brunch/supper wise but once see what’s on the main lane, it’s what you expect to see.

I don’t know if I’m unlucky but they are never open when I go on the weekends and I know the schedule.

Food is always cold! They have food that just sits there and becomes gritty, flaky, and dry. I dont understand why when they first open, they dont have fresh food, and/or they out of some food. They are never quick to replace the food that just gotten passed out previously. If the metal tray is empty then its empty for a long time and no one brings anything for the next hungry soldiers. None of the cooks move with a sense of urgency. All except 1 guy is respectful and nice. People come back from kitchen but dont bring food with them, they just look around and go back in the kitchen. Thats part of the reason why the lines are long! I can go on. I know nothing is going to change. However, the soda machine is good.

Food is better than other cafeterias. Yes, the lines are long. However, portions are fair, and the food is cooked well. Breakfast starts at 7:30.
