Go there on mornings only, good food good service. on omelet bar its a hit or miss, they dont like doing omelet and do not care to do it properly other than a tall hispanic specialist thats on the grill most time asks how we want it and makes them look like actual omelets, his names Berahono or close to that, everyone else is just mad and you can tell they dont want to serve you, food is good, atleast on breakfast good flavored pancakes, meats are well seasoned and always have...
Keep in mind this dfac is self serve (Started November 4th , 2024). Depending what day breakfast is always the same and lunch/dinner is a hit a miss depends what’s on the menu. Short order lane will always be the same most of the time on lunch/dinner/brunch/supper wise but once see what’s on the main lane, it’s what you expect to see.
Best dfac I've been on here at bliss for breakfast so far. Options are abundant and functions like it should. If you want to see what depression looks like go to the aviation dfac. This is my go to and i work on the other side of fort bliss.
