Ordered a drink with "less ice." Was told the cup would not be filled all the way. Then I asked why and was told I would be charged extra to fill to the size of the cup. I worked at dunkin. We never charged more for someone wanting less ice, and we always filled the cup full.

I’ve been to Fort Bliss for the past 2 years and this my 3rd time going to dunkin since they opened so early “let me stop by”. Lady gave people orders behind me already while I’m still waiting on my orders,until I went forward and ask . Bad customer service. Then when I drink my hot chocolate oh weew this is not even close to be a hot chocolate it tasted like 99%water. I never gonna back again.

I used to come to this place often before it changed from being under the exchange wings if you can say that to license/corporate . My order is simple uncomplicated brew coffee with some cream and sugar . Always used to taste the same . I used to stop before on my way to work after the transition the quality on their products has diminishing drastically. Now I’m only come if I need to take my vehicle to the shop next door . Today this coffee tasted so water down . I don’t know home many batches of coffee they already did with probably same bag . The barista was nice and redo the coffee but is not much they can do with poor quality products.. pretty sad how this store goes deep down .

I love Dunkin’ and every time I come here to the one on Ft Bliss, it is great. Yesterday 08/24/24 @ around 1600 or so. I had to take my vehicle next door to Firestone for an emergency. While I had to wait, I really wanted an iced coffee so I looked at google maps to check if you were open and it showed that you were. So I limped my very thirsty handicapped self over to get an iced coffee, only to get all the way there and find out that I have been misled and lied to, seems as how all the information says that you close @1800 on Saturday! Please change the information that you put out to your customers about your hours of operation, I am also going to AAFES on Monday to discuss this matter with them as well. However with all of that out of the way, I still love you all and look forward to my next Dunkin’ to dunk in my Dunkin’. ?????

The worst customer service ever. Almost every time I go, they mess up my order. I’m about to start tasting the coffee and food whenever I go here. I’ll ask for something and they’ll clearly repeat it back to me but deliberately won’t add it to the drinks or the food. There are times I had to drive back so they can get the order right. Save your money and go to another Dunkin’. This one has rude workers and people that deliberately mess up your order. Once can be considered a mistake, but 3+ times is not.

Stopped by for the first time in a while, and the worker Isabella, helped me throughout the whole process of ordering. Most of the time I’ve come here I’ve had some short tempered people with nasty attitudes but wow not only was my drink refreshing but so was the environment and energy. She had a lot of patience and was very polite and helpful I sure hope everyone is like that, when I come back I expect her to be there because she’s amazing!!!!

Best Dunkin’ in the area! Staff is friendly and the coffee and donuts are fresh. I stopped by this morning and I said omg this is sooooo good! Best I’ve had since I started going to Dunkin’. Whoever was staffed today, especially the kid with the double nose piercings in the drive thru was such a great personality.
