They take forever to make the food and twice my order was messed up. 5 people prepping back there but sheesh why is the wait always so long?????

I've waited over 40 minutes for a salad and sandwich. They also were out of their lemonade and wouldn't refill it for another 10 minutes even though I paid for it.

Terrible. Don’t waste your time. Employees and managers in severe need of training. Orders were not ready on time and also incorrect. We waited 40mn for a small “RAPID PICK UP” order. Employee playing on her cell phone by the register while line was out the door. Zero stars. The service members deserve better than this also.

Waited 20 min in the empty restaurant for a harvest chicken salad that cost $14. Once I get home I was disappointed to see what was in the bag was a rock hard piece of bread and a small salad that was clearly just some leafy greens pulled from a bag with no chicken. Not exactly sure what I waited 20 minutes and paid $14 for. Never going back.

The food is very good however, whoever prepared the food could be more caring and not prepare the sandwiches so messy. Notice the pictures of the two sandwiches which were opened immediately, literally as soon as as our name was called, walked about 10ft to a table across the restaurant in the same building. Too messy! You're not feeding pigs sir or ma'am be more thoughtful and careful handling our food please. You made this experience less than perfect.

Last time my sandwich had barely anything on it. Two tomatoes one slice of mozarella and a leave of arugula. I complained and they made me a new sandwich and gave me a free croissant because I was waiting a long time for them to remake it. I ate multiple times salad in this location. Today I ordered the strawberry caprese and paid for extra mozarella. I had exactly two slices of mozarella in my salad...I dont know why they so stingy with the ingredients especially if I pay extra for more. Not happy about this panera bread!!

They are new and I think overwhelmed, but man. I put in an order for a grilled cheese with bacon and then did the upcharge for extra bacon (which is almost $7). Get back to my office. Zero bacon. Go back, they remake it. I don't know about you but...if that's extra bacon then that means they give like one slice of bacon per piece of bread normally. If you're gonna charge that much for extra bacon, there better be a significant amount more bacon. I think they just made me a regular grilled cheese with bacon which is more disappointing because you'd think after messing up once they'd be sure to get it right the second time and go out of their way to make up for it. I just wanted my dang bacon 🫠🥓
