I ordered 4 pizzas and none of them were extra cheese or pan pizza. My Stuff crust pizza looked like a thin crust and there was no extra cheese on it. I don't understand how this place is still running. It's wasting our hard earned money. Get your pizza elsewhere.

Absolutely subpar! Not fit for consumption. They've closed down the pizza hut in front of the bowling alley to give us this. 1+ hr wait for food that did not look, nor taste fresh at all. Just go off base for a better pizza hut. Instant regret.

It’s not the employees fault but they never have delivery drivers when I order they call me and say they don’t have any drivers to pickup or cancel. It wasn’t like this a couple months ago I was able to order during the evening or night and they always had drivers.

It wasn't even that busy or a huge line for them to mess up like this, there was just me and 2 other people also waiting on pickup orders who luckily weren't forgotten atleast

I wanted to share some feedback about my experience at your place on August 12, 2024. I arrived around 20:30 and informed a male and female staff member about my order. They told me it was still baking, so I proceeded to wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes. Despite sitting directly in front of them, I never received an update on when my order would be ready, and they did not call my name or provide further information.
Adding to my frustration, I was the only customer in the lobby at the time, yet the staff seemed more engaged with their phones than attending to me. I understand that managing a busy service environment can be challenging, but this should not compromise customer experience. Improved communication and attentiveness would have greatly enhanced my experience. I hope you can address this issue and enhance the service for future customers.
Male who had the black shirt and durag was VERY RUDE and continued to cuss a DoorDasher under his breath after he had to wait for his order and was never told it was ready.

PCSed accross the Pacific Ocean to Ft. Bliss with my family.
Without any mode of transportation, our meal options were limited. I placed an order at the local pizza hut, a mere stone's throw away. They not only failed to deliver my order, but also canceled it without notifying me. Only after I called an hour later did they tell me "Oh, your order was cancelled" They provided no reason, and transfered my call to a manager who never picked up.
Thanks Pizza Hut. Now my family and kids get to miss dinner because of your incompetence.

This is a medium extra cheese pizza for $17. This pizza is trash, burnt, crust is terrible. Pizza Hut has really gone downhill.
