Asked for extra cheese, stuffed crust, and pepperoni. I’ve never had dry pizza. That pizza sucked. No extra cheese. No stuffed crust. They didn’t want to remake it.

one thing i do got to say is i was very disappointed on who delivered our food i wanted them to just leave at the front but the guy had the audacity to ask for a tip even though I already gave a tip so my boyfriend put an extra five dollar tip for him like that is completely disgusting. He called my boyfriend saying can you meet me at the front knowing I asked for contactless delivery because I don’t want to be contacted, but yet he still did it and asked for a tip at the end even though I already gave him a $10 tip, so how’s that for a stupid Pizza Hut

Thank goodness you have someone checking the food! It’s been awhile since we’ve had this quality pizza and wings. It reached a point where we wouldn’t eat there. We took a shot in the dark tonight and it paid off. Keep doing whatever you’re doing.

This place is ran by scammers, I placed an order didn’t receive it called for a refund and was sent to a hot line who said they’d call me back but never did and when I called back they stopped answering.. I got my money back by disputing the charge..I’m a valued customer I always use the mobile app &On A side note I got a hold of a supervisor who helped me threw the process.. it isn’t the company it’s just this store specifically

I ordered a personal pan pizza for lunch today with 3 other pizzas in front of my order. It took 50 minutes for my for my order to be made. While I was waiting, I witnessed a Pizza Hut employee trying to take a delivery phone order for two pizzas which took the better part of 20 minutes. Ultimately this resulted in the inability to process the customers credit card over the phone. The details of the credit card were requested 4 separate times. The employee had to repeatedly ask the customer to repeat their order as this employee struggled to input the order into the POS. If you work on Fort Bliss and have a limited amount of time for lunch, I highly recommend choosing something besides this Pizza Hut.

Respectfully, my pizza that I ordered was the wrong style and wasn’t the way I placed my order at all. The establishment was not busy or slammed with orders at the time either. I don’t recommend this location at all. You are better off making the drive off base to actually get better pizza in the city else where. Summary DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
