Maybe the day I went was just a bad day but 2 people working for a store that's packed at breakfast time and spitting out 1 order every 10 to 15 minutes is not good business. First time going at this location and I left after 15 minutes when not even 1 customer order was completed. May revise if I go back and the process is more efficient.

I dont write many reviews but this really need to be addressed. My wife and I are big fans of Starbucks we go to them everytime with our daughter but this one we are starting to dislike. They used either burnt or old coffee in our drinks, they barely have anything when you walk in, and they are rude treating everyone. Would highly recommend a retraining for everyone including management, if not a WHOLE NEW team

I never write reviews, but these Baristas are incredibly rude every time we come here. Especially the management. Check yourself and have a better attitude. You're not better because you work here and you chose to work here to begin with so suck it up or leave.

Went in to order as usual I’m a regular Starbies customer I am appalled that I could not place my order in person nor on the app since this location is like the locations in a target they require you to deposit funds into the Starbucks account and their credit card machine was down. So CLOSE down duh livid

I like Starbucks. Just seems like everytime I go here SOMETHING gets messed up on my order whether it's the size or the drink itself ? I don't order complicated stuff either just straight from the menu. And I know it's not just one person because I've had a few different people take my order. They are always polite and ready to fix it IF I mention it. Also always have low stock. I think during the "lavender trend" they had it one time and it's been out of stock since. ?‍♀️

When you order on the app for pick up they make you wait to get it and keep it behind the counter. They seem to get upset when you ask for it so we try to avoid this location.

I've been here a few times with the same experience. I was hoping it would improve, but unfortunately, it has not. The sandwiches look attrocious when you compare it to the pictures they display. The staff is more concerned with conversations amongst themselve or their phones than realizing the line is backing up waiting for drinks to be made. I wish Ft. Bliss would go with a local coffee company that has more respect and attentiveness for the community than a chain restaurant ever will.

Let me start with I understand that everybody's experience will not be the same as mines. But I will say the couple times that I have came to this location Terry is by far the best part. She's always so pleasant to me and my son and she cracks jokes. It's definitely a pleasure to me at least when I see her working. I ordered something yesterday that they were out of and she recommended something. And I tried it and wasn't disappointed. If your in a rush and don't like standing in lines then download the app and order ahead. Lately the line has been longer than normal and not steadily moving. But I believe that's what's expected with one cashier and one barista.

Parking: Being that this location is in a strip with others stores it's normally no parking right outside the store. But on the other side at the main entrance there is more parking available.
