I ordered a steamed matcha latte through the Starbucks app. When I arrived the drink was iced and thankfully the barista remade the order. I watched her remake it and she did not fill the cup to the top. After the foam had dispersed the coffee is an inch away from the top so I didn’t even get a full drink of what I asked for. Also, she used the rag to clean off the steamer and then used her wet hands to put the lid of my coffee cup on right where I would drink from. Not happy with the barista.

According to the website it says it close at 7 on Sunday that’s why I rush and reached there to buy gift card @6.50 and they already closed. If they close early then change your hrs on webside too.

The Fort Bliss Starbucks location definitely has a quality control issue. It pushes out too much water, turning your drink into a sad, watery shadow of its former self. This wouldn't be a problem if drinks cost a dollar, but when you're spending $6-8, it's a problem and sets the tone for raging the day away.

I ordered two Triple Caramel Macchiatos from this location, and both tasted like water and milk. On the first day, the barista remade my drink per request, and while she wasn't happy, she did it. When she remade my drink, which I appreciated, it still looked the same. After a few sips, I threw it out because drinking it felt like chewing on disappointment. I wasn't going to request a refund because she did her job, and it's not her fault the machine isn't calibrated correctly. The second time... I thought, for the hell of it, let's try again; I needed something easy to ruin my day. The barista did it correctly; however, the drink came out almost white. I requested an extra shot (4 shots now in the drink), and the barista was cordial and obliged. The barista stated that even though the machine says it's calibrated correctly, sometimes it can pull too much water. Which, to me, sounds like the machine's just in a permanent state of denial.

My short trip to Fort Bliss was completely ruined by this espresso travesty. I could not consume my coffee. I felt cheated by life and will now live in misery.

P.S. Please fix the machine so no poor, innocent soul has to suffer the fate of $8 coffee that’s more like a lukewarm water cooler special. Attached are photos comparing Fort Bliss to Fort Leavenworth. Spoiler alert: Fort Leavenworth wins.

This is not a dig at the baristas This is a management issue, or AAFES’s, because clearly, someone’s been letting the espresso machine live its best life without any adult supervision. Either machine need to be checked or people need to be retrained. Either way the quality control between the two Posts is night and day—literally

Employees here are very rude and disrespectful when their system is down and turn away customers in a rudely manner with an attitude as it is “cash only” with no sign showing.

We've gone to this Starbucks and few times hoping the experience would get better. It hasn't. If you're spending $15 on 2 drinks it should be done correctly.

This location lacks customer service. Not sure if its bc they were never trained or they all hate their jobs. I waited until I had gone at least 5 times just to make sure and give them the benefit of the doubt. Notice how all the 5 stars are from 4+ years ago. This location is the main hub for SM's so I expect better. This starbucks also does not have wifi. It works off of the exhange wifi so if the exchange is not open there is no wifi. There is also only 2 outlets for your laptop and they are not in an area next to the tables. This place needs work.
