Cranberry bliss bars was beyond good. But my drinks I'm pretty sure water is not one of the ingredients. I sat there and watched you water down my drinks. Never again.

Very rarely complain but this location lacks customer service! I placed online order so when I arrived I didn't see my drink so got stuck waiting for a long time and got no eye contact or recognition from any of the employees until I forced communication about my drink and the girl just says " Oh yea it's back here"! Seriously how was I supposed to see it! Get it together!!

I regularly order from this starbucks when I drop my kids off to daycare. Every time I go in there’s a bigger set lady with a horrible attitude. I’m guessing she might be the manager, I started going to a whole other starbucks completely off of the base because this! I had been waiting for over 15 minutes and asked politely if my drink had been made, she screams do you not see the line of customers i have here you aren’t the only customer in here. This starbucks seems entirely understaffed, please freedom crossing fix this issue!

I order here pretty frequently and once again, as many times before they make my white chocolate mochas without whipped cream. I don't understand how they are always out of whip cream (even though ive only been told that once) I order a white chocolate mocha and every single time they don't put any whip on? Ive never opted for no whip cream. I think they do it deliberately at this point because it's always the same people. I've been nothing but nice and have let it go and haven't complained. But at this point its just ridiculous, I'm done with this starbucks

Service is 10/10 every single time. However, for it being a military installation where even the food is color coated to show the most nutritionally conscious options, they have little to no sugar free syrup options here. Sugar free vanilla syrup; that’s it. No other sugar free syrup options. You’ll have to get creative if you’re looking for something with flavor and sweetness yet remains sugar free.

Chris, on drive-thru, provided excellent customer service!!! He smiled, was very polite, warm, welcoming & thankful (he thanked me for going to his Starbucks) I have 2 Starbucks that are closer to me & they're never that nice.

Worst Starbucks I've been to. Every time i get a drink its gross. This one young girl who's always there is so rude. They're always just gossiping. I'm gonna be telling people why they should go there. If I could I would give this Starbucks 0 stars. Some service for our military smh.

I would shop here often because of my job. The most bought item for me would be a “fresh” brewed coffee. Everytime I would have to ask if the coffee was still “fresh”. Employees would look at each other, trying to remember what time they brewed the coffee, and even touching the container to see if it was still hot(?) at this point it’s very obvious it’s not fresh anymore, especially if you can’t even remember how long it has been since you brewed it. So I would have to ask for a freshly brewed coffee. I appreciate that employees would do it without giving me attitude, but it seems to me too much effort for a place that should already have those high standards because of its brand. Any other day I wouldn’t ask for new coffee to be brewed, they wouldn’t mind serving me their cold, old, burnt-like tasting coffee

Ordered a coffee with cream and a strawberry açaí refresher…waited over 10 minutes for both drinks, Three customers ordered after us (ordered frappacinos and signature drinks) had gotten their drinks before us. ? We were not impressed.
