Subway

if i could put zero stars i would , it says its open & there is no one here. the lights are off and im starving. my 4 years daughter was looking forward to eating a auntie ann’s pretzel but nope , there’s still no one here. i’m so upset. i want to cry but im holding my composure.

This subway really sucks. The Filipino looking lady with a tatoo on her neck is very rude and has no customer service skills. She was not wearing a name tag so we don't know her name. We ordered 2 turkey bacon chicken wraps and she told us that we were limited on vegetables because she couldn't wrap it and we only asked for lettuce and tomatoes and she said we could not. We ended up getting no vegetables on them. She charged us two foot longs when we requested two 6 in subs. We noticed on the receipt that she charged us two completely different subs as well. She is the worst customer service employee and does not listen to customers and their orders

All they had was white bread, they waited until after the bread was toasted to tell me they had no tomatoes. They were super slow and seemed like they were understaffed. When I got there it wasn’t packed at all so I beat the rush.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Never eating here again. I am very patient and understanding when I need to wait for my food, especially if the place I'm eating at is short staffed. But, the young female working here constantly kept sighing out and rolling her eyes when I would add something to my order. She didn't even try to hide her bad attitude. She kept slamming stuff and never changed her gloves after touching EVERYTHING. When she was fixing my sandwich, she was so sloppy and aggressive. After placing my order, she asked me "anything else!" With a negative tone while rolling her eyes. It's obvious she doesn't want to work there ?. After placing my order, I noticed other people going there to order their food. She went somewhere at the back and when the customer left because no one was there, she would go back out. Ridiculous.

If she doesn’t like her job she can always find a new one subway shouldn’t have employees who make them look bad .. not the first person to go through this experience here ..
