I have been trying hard not to be negative about the quality/quantity of the food at this restaurant but, I can't keep giving them a pass. I just went there for lunch today and let me tell you, it was by far the worst time. I order the Chalupas combo and when I got them, almost no mean or anything at all in them! Why would you do that? You're charging people $15 or more for no food at all! This needs to be addressed NOW, or I will take it up with the AAFES director soon. This is insane as Taco Bell isn't a high end place that has a enormous overhead for the ingredients that go into their foods. Why would you not put a decent portion of food into your products? Maybe your employees need more training? If that's the case, do it right away, before all your customers go somewhere else.

The only reason this place stays in business is because they are on a miltary base and we can't leave to go somewhere else. Worst taco bell I've ever seen.... 2 people working...both older, both extremely slow. The guy at the cash register takes an order then goes and helps make the food.... then takes another order...then goes makes another order...slow service, messed .y order up... they really need to hire more personnel. Plus: the app wasn't working to put my order in online...next time just getting pizza.

I mean service is good but they were all out of sauces and the quality is very much meh. Soft taco was super wet and the cut of the quesadilla is dismal. Really wanted to like this place since it’s the only one on base. Makes me sad that I wasted 12 bucks.

This is by far the best Taco Bell in El Paso. Kate was very professional and polite, excellent customer service. The food was so fresh the my 92 yr old mother only ordered 1 taco and ate 2. I wish all the Taco Bells food in El Paso were as excellent and fresh as this one.

This is the worst Taco Bell in existence. I took out a new life insurance policy after eating here because I considered canceling myself.
I wish the staff wouldn't make it seem like they're doing a huge favor by taking a order.

Lady working the register is rude and lack of costumer service. Every Taco Bell we go to we asked Tacos a certain way for the kids and for some reason she states she’s not authorized to give us the tacos the way I asked for my kids.
